  1. All three are deserving, I think. But I'm a Bills fan, so Allen it is!
  2. And that's another point. We don't know what the plays are or what Allen's route progressions are, or the direction he receives from Daboll. For all we know these are plays designed to go short so that they can set up the defense for longer plays later in the game. It's just like the offensive line. We don't always know the blocking assignments. And we don't know if a WR ran the wrong route, etc.
  3. Yeah, totally. I wasn't trying to reference the specific video, just that there is a lot of nitpicking of specific plays and I think that's the wrong way to evaluate a QB. But looking at specific plays and analyzing them is not a bad thing. People just shouldn't judge a QB based off of a few plays.
  4. I just think you could find these types of plays for even the best QB's in the NFL on any given Sunday. Players are bound to miss things and make mistakes. They aren't robots. A QB's performance should be measured in totality, not by one or two plays they missed or made.
  5. Were they white in the video? I had trouble telling. Looks white to me.
  6. Just take their shots in their butt instead of their chest.
  7. Can't believe he was still available. He was a big running back just a couple of years ago. How quickly these guys fall from grace.
  8. And his voice is just so annoying. I can't stand listening to him.
  9. Wow. The Patriots lost. That's pretty crazy.
  10. The Bills were able to put a ton of pressure on Fitzpatrick. Fitz was throwing just before or as he was getting hit time after time, especially in the second half. He was fearless and made great throws in the face of pressure. If we can get that kind of pressure on Goff, he will NOT be able to do the same thing. He has been atrocious in his career while under pressure. Like, night and day different. He also isn't go to hurt you by scrambling it, or at least not to the extent that Fitzpatrick can. I think getting pressure on Goff is going to be the key and that's how we overcome one or both of our linebackers being out. But if not, Goff has the physical skills to put up yards and points.
  11. Yeah I remember that episode. I believe other players and coaches have complained about the headsets in the past too.
  12. And the fact that teams always had issues with their own headsets when playing in New England.
  13. Just the way I like it.
  14. Good for him. Hope he keeps getting experience.
  15. I thought they made the right choice. It gives them more information. If they miss it now they still have a bit of time to adjust. If they miss it later they have no time to adjust.
  16. I agree. Seemed like measured, accurate takes to me. If I was a Rams fan I would pick them to win too. But as a Bills fan I'm picking my team, especially since it is a home game. These teams are fairly evenly matched on paper. Both fan bases should expect it to be a tough game.
  17. Wow. I would have thought more teams would be running that occasionally.
  18. I think that's dumb. Every game is absolutely crucial. They'll play if they are healthy, if not they won't. Simple as that. My guess is Edmunds will play and Milano won't. They don't like to rush guys back from hamstring injuries.
  19. Yeah. It's colder there. Doesn't get as much snow, but they shouldn't be bringing up winter to anyone.
  20. Wow. PFF sure outlines how good Allen is when they are using actual data, but when they make up their own they grade him poorly. How is it that he is first in all those categories, has an AMAZING QB rating, hasn't thrown an INT, leads the league in passing, has 70% completion percentage, yet ... grades out worse than Sam Darnold!? They have a serious issue with their system and it's about time they realize it and fix it. Is it just that they have the same guy grade the Bills every week and that one guy just grades things lower than his colleagues?
  21. Yeah, Klein is in no way a starter. Not sure what people are talking about. And I think Dodson is getting too much praise. I think people's expectations were very low and he easily exceeded them. But he stunk in coverage and played decently in the run game and screen game. That's fine, I know he's young and inexperienced, but people are acting like he played a great game. He didn't. He showed he can be a decent depth linebacker. I sure hope he doesn't have to start anymore. Does anyone think Gesicki would have gone off like that if we had Milano helping out in coverage and Edmunds in the middle of the field? I think no. Gesicki probably would have still done well (he seems to play well against the Bills), but not to such an extent. He hasn't actually missed too many games though. I was surprised to see that this was only his 5th missed game. He missed 1 last year and 3 in 2018. He played in all 16 games his rookie year.
