  1. Wasn't Worley wearing some kind of face covering when he came in last game?
  2. In the Pro Bowl voting it showed Bojo's average as like 42 or something...
  3. I would assume there's a point of diminishing returns...
  4. NOT DURING GAMES
  5. Darn. I actually like the skill challenges and competitions they have. The actual game isn't that great, though.
  6. Here's an article up on NFL.com right now that lists Josh Allen 2nd for players who deserve to make their first pro bowl. There's some good Josh Allen stats in there that are really cool, such as the stats showing how effective he is when having 4 seconds to throw or longer: https://www.nfl.com/news/picking-first-time-pro-bowlers-dk-metcalf-josh-allen-shine "Josh Allen likely won't win the award, but he's made a legitimate case for NFL MVP in his third professional season -- by improving in key areas that were once his downfall. Allen is finding success by relying on his greatest strengths: athleticism and his lauded big arm. Allen is tied for third in the NFL in passing touchdowns thrown while on the run (8-plus mph at time of release), trailing only Patrick Mahomes (nine) and Russell Wilson (seven). He's tied at six touchdowns with Aaron Rodgers, who has made a career out of throwing while moving. Allen's also improved the accuracy of his cannon-like arm, nearly doubling his completion percentage on deep passes from the previous two seasons (23.1% in 2018-19) to this season (42.9%), moving from last in that category in 2018-19 to eighth in 2020 among qualified passers. Stefon Diggs involvement helps there, no doubt, but so does play-action; Allen has completed nine of 18 passes for 295 yards and two touchdowns on deep attempts out of play-action. And lastly, Allen excels when using more than the standard three seconds to throw the ball -- he's first among QBs in completions (30), passing yards (511), TDs (five) and expected points added (26) on dropbacks that last four seconds or longer. And that's not just an occasional occurrence; Allen's rate of extended dropbacks (17.3 percent of all passes) is the highest among qualified quarterbacks. Oh, and pressure Allen if you must, but don't expect a positive outcome. Allen owns a 62.4 completion percentage, throwing for nine touchdowns, one interception and a 105.5 passer rating against the blitz. He's done so by airing it out less, cutting down his average air yards per attempt against the blitz by nearly 2 yards from Years 1 and 2 to Year 3. In total, Allen is playing at an elite level. This is what Buffalo dreamed of when it spent the seventh overall pick on him in 2018, and a gigantic reason for why the Bills are the favorite to win the AFC East."
  7. Luckily the Bills have beaten two of those teams and are a half game ahead of all of them.
  8. Not during games.
  9. I'd totally take him as a backup. Get him onto a team with continuity and with coaches who will work with him and develop him. Let him sit and learn behind Allen. He'd be a good backup, I'd bet. But I bet there's a team out there willing to kick the tires and sign him as a starter.
  10. He probably fell over due to the head injury.
  11. Poyer has the stats so far. Dawkins and Williams have both played really well at tackle. Beasley deserves some votes. Roberts deserves votes as a returner.
  12. I think the fans are pretty well recognized and respected around the league. I think most people know that the Bills have a rabid fan base, and most fans know about the 90's teams and the 4 straight Superbowls (even if they might joke about it). Jim Kelly and his struggles with cancer brought a lot of good will and attention to Buffalo. I'm not sure Buffalo was as forgettable as you say. If anything, they were an NFL oddity that I think a lot of NFL fans appreciate, just because the team and the fans and the city are rather unique. Plus everyone thinks it's like playing in frozen siberia.
  13. Falcons and Jaguars. I routinely forget they exist.
  14. I took some risks that didn't pan out. I picked Washington over Detroit and Chargers over Miami.
  15. It was a tough week for me. Dropped from the top 10 down to 20th.
  16. The Singletary play was completely a foul. It was a good call. It was stupid of him to do that. Plus he was coming back towards his own end zone, which is against the rules. BUT, I don't agree that it happened after the play was over. It was clearly during the play. Not that it matters that much. I agree with you on the Worley PI. It looked pretty clean to me. You forgot to mention the blatant PI against Brown. The defender ran right through him and knocked him to the ground. The Winters holding looked like holding to me. I have no problem with that call. Remind me never to come over to your place for a Bills game. Danger zone.
  17. He certainly needs more consistency. I'm not sure he is worth all the effort to develop him, but we'll see. He does boom them sometimes, but he often out kicks the coverage too, setting up the returner. I'm not super concerned, but I'm still undecided on him.
  18. And yet we have thread after thread started claiming how "concerned" fans are and claiming that "good teams" don't do what our team does.
  19. I am happy to have Allen. Yes, there are QB's who could not make that throw. But I assure you there are a lot of QB's in the NFL who could. The impressive thing about it is how clutch it was, not that is was some superhuman throw that nobody else could make. I think a coach would be concerned if his NFL QB could NOT make that throw.
  20. Hmm. It was a good throw for sure, but why do you think other NFL QB's couldn't make it?
  21. Ultimately it comes down to the QB. If Tua is the real deal they will be good for a long time. If not, they won't. Luckily the Bills found their long-term answer at QB. We'll see if Miami did too.
  22. Well I certainly saw it coming from a mile away, but that's easy for me to say sitting on my couch. But if Hughes rushed Murray instead, it would have at least force him to try to juke him and could have given time for defenders to help.
