Did he say the Bills have a good success rate on runs? That... doesn't seem right. I also think it's strange that people don't mention that the Bills already faced (and lost to) the Chiefs earlier in the season, albeit in the bad weather game. You'd think that would have analysts shy away from takes like this. But with a rematch I actually like the Bills chances. They have a lot of good things going for them now. They are more healthy now (knock on wood), the defense has figured some things out, and every game has given Allen more experience and confidence.

They both have different jobs and do different things. Both their jobs are instrumental in building a team. That said, I think getting the right coach is slightly more important than getting the right GM, although both are super important. So I'll go with McDermott. Although I don't really think it matters...

I think he'll get most of those. Maybe not the yards number or the rushing TD number.

How do you live like this? The Bills are the best they have been in decades and you are critical of the men who built the team.

I do. There were a couple people here really talking him up. And then I looked up his stats and saw how little he had actually played and how terrible his stats were and just got confused as to why anyone would think he is good. You could say he is an unknown, but nobody could legitimately make a case for him being good.

Seems like they inexplicably hate their team. It's a little strange to me.

I think he's a good coach. The Steelers have been consistently good for a long time. I don't think he is a great coach, though. I've learned this week that Steelers fans complain about everything. They are dumping on their team this week like they are a 1 win team. Makes sense they would dump on their coach too.

And yet they announcers keep talking him up for some reason. He is not a good QB anymore. He's pretty terrible.

Wow. They should probably be worrying about just getting to the playoffs. Really hard to believe this has anything to do with that. Why do it 5 weeks in advance? Have they signed practice squad guys from every single team they might face if they get there?

I generally do not visit other message boards unless someone links to them. I did go out of my way this week to go to a Steelers board because I heard they were really down on their team and I was surprised to hear that. As far as my favorite team other than the Bills, there is a wide gulf, but I like the Colts alright and also the Saints. I liked Peyton Manning a lot, so I liked the Colts when he was there, and now they have Frank Reich. I like the Saints a little because I like Drew Brees, but I don't particularly like Sean Peyton or anything else about them.

What about stretchy pants? Are those still fine?

I actually knew the answer because I made fun of Wickersham already in another thread. That darn Wickersham. Always putting us down.

How can it be considered correct if the game has not been played yet? Did the Bills forfeit? Which one are you?

Exactly. I think it already won't count because the Steelers have injuries.
