  1. He was my favorite pick in the draft. I have high hopes for him despite where he was drafted. If he is the real deal it will go down as an absolute steal in the draft.
  2. Surprised to not see Thurman Thomas over Strahan. Thomas won an MVP. I think he had the better career. Also, Jim Kelly should get the nod over Revis. QB is just so much more important than any other position. I'm actually fine with Peterson over Allen for now. Both won an MVP. And we know that Allen will surpass him when all is said and done. Let Peterson keep the seat warm for a bit.
  3. The Bills are exactly where they have been, and that is one of the best teams in the NFL. A team just one or two plays away from the superbowl. If some random Eagles supporters don't think the Bills have changed much, whatever. The Bills are still an extremely tough team to beat, just like they have been the last few years. The Bills had a much better offensive line and run game than the Chiefs last year. It would not have been the same game if it was the Bills in the Superbowl. Not saying the Bills would have won, but the offensive line would not have been ragdolled and Josh Allen would have made some plays. It would have been a long day trying to stop Barkley, though.
  4. There are countless physically gifted players just like him who wash out of the league for one reason or another. They are always given a bunch of chances and almost never actually turn it around and perform on the field.
  5. Why? He is a failed NFL WR who has done nothing in years. He'll be lucky to get invited to an NFL training camp.
  6. Happy Independence Day everyone! Don't lose any fingers playing with fireworks, please. You don't want to turn out like Jason Pierre-Paul.
  7. They have 3 playoff wins since 2019, including 2 losses to the Bills. The Bills have 7 playoff wins. I don't. Regular season success is different from post season success. Lamar has been terrible in the playoffs for much of his career. In fact, the first round bye makes it even worse since the Ravens get the lowest seed possible in subsequent weeks.
  8. Barely winning any playoff games.
  9. It seems the entire NFL gives the Bills crap for not being able to get past the Chiefs, but they still tout Jackson and the Ravens as superbowl contenders every year when they have done far, far less than the Bills in the post season.
  10. And there will be plenty of receipts if the Bills win a superbowl with McDermott, too.
  11. Your takes just get worse and worse. We get it. You are a McDermott hater. Now let it rest.
  12. This is pure conjecture. You have no idea what Beane knew or their process for investigating. Teams do a tremendous amount of research into these prospects, especially if they are considering taking them in the 1st round.
  13. I'm guessing it is because title 9 includes provisions on how institutions must establish policies and procedures to address and prevent sex discrimination, including sexual harassment and violence.
  14. Beane and Hairston addressed it in interviews post draft. There wasn't a lot of chatter pre draft about it, but Joe Marino from Locked On Bills mentioned he heard of some SA allegations connected to Hairston and that was one thing to look at. He mentioned that pre draft and that was the earliest I heard about it.
  15. He is old news. There is no evidence that his brand of head coaching works anymore in the league. Legendary coach, but I think without Tom Brady and his shady tactics and cheating, he doesn't offer a lot anymore.
  16. Just have to wait and see how it turns out. I never jump to conclusions on these things. This was a known issue, though, and it sounds like the school couldn't find anything and the Bills did their research. We'll see how it turns out, but I highly doubt discipline will come from the NFL on this.
  17. Nobody wanted to give him a job. That's why he went to college football.
  18. What is the point of this? The Dolphins seem to be shooting randomly in all directions.
  19. You think this place is positive after a loss? Seriously?
  20. Yeah, anyone thinking this is a slam dunk for Miami, I have have to disagree with them. Safety is one of the least valuable positions in the NFL. This is just both teams moving on from disgruntled players. Well, those players are probably going to be disgruntled with their new teams in not too long. Miami did not get better with these moves. They just got a little different.
  21. McGee has to be on there. Two time 2nd team All Pro as a returner. He has the franchise record in kickoff returns for TDs and yardage. He was an elite returner and a good starting CB, too. Moorman, Tasker, and Pike for the other spots. Maybe Christie instead of Pike. Coin toss.
  22. If he turns out to be a good NFL QB, the Manning family dynasty would just be crazy. Talk about NFL royalty...
  23. In this day and age you need to be able to get outside the pocket and extend plays, and scramble for yardage when it is there. That is not something the Manning brothers were ever adept at. They were pure pocket passers. So, he is smart to look at Josh Allen and other modern QBs because that is how the game is played today.
  24. He has been unstable since high school. His antics are well documented.
