  1. Did you seriously not watch the 4th quarter?
  2. The offense turned the ball over a bunch of times in their own end, or allowed huge returns after turnovers, and literally fumbled the ball and allowed a defensive score. The defense played really well considering the constant stabbing in the back that the offense continued.
  3. Interesting thought. But the consequences of that would be pretty unsafe. Players would start getting blasted in the back on every play and it WOULD lead to injuries as they are not able to protect themselves.
  4. "Good job winning a boat load of games and advancing to the divisional round of the playoffs and giving the team a chance to go to the superbowl. Keep it up!"
  5. He isn't really. Allen has check downs on every play that he can go to.
  6. Yes. Most issues were due to player execution. Dorsey isn't out there telling Josh to throw the go route every time either. Josh was just a little flustered from getting blitzed all night. This season, I think the main issues have been, in order, 1) Receivers letting Josh down, 2) Josh making bad decisions, 3) the oline not giving enough protection, and lastly 4) Dorsey play calling. Yes, play calling has occasionally been an issue, including in this game, but I think the other issues I mentioned have been worse. And even with all of that we had one of the best offenses and win/loss records in the league.
  7. I see more McDermott and Dorsey attacks than Josh Allen attacks. It's just insecure fans who can't handle a little adversity in a football game. If something goes wrong, even something small, the sky is falling and they need to find someone to blame. Since Allen is so loved, that means they need to blame the coaches. But why even need to grab pitchforks, folks? Just embrace the good and the bad and see how far this team can go. Dust off your pitchforks when we are eliminated, if you must.
  8. Seriously. The drought has messed up this fanbase. They can't deal with normal, everyday things in the NFL like players leaving and having success elsewhere, or the Bills winning close games. Or heck, even losing a game every once in awhile. All of these things are the end of the world and means we need to fire everyone and start over. It's like we are dealing with toddlers. You have this strange, childish vendetta against McDermott. It is an obsession and says a lot more about you than it does about McDermott. Your tirades really make you look bad. You should probably cool it. Just friendly advice.
  9. It will. Not everyone has the same bias against the Bills as you do.
  10. How? Josh is just standing there and Wilkins comes from nowhere to push him. Clearly Wilkins started it.
  11. Yeah, except they won all those games...
  12. Viking bailed out. What a horrible call.
  13. It's the consecutive deep shots that get us behind the sticks that bothers me. We need to go into dink and dunk mode sometimes.
  14. He had a great game.
  15. A lot of it comes down to execution from players. Not saying Dorsey is without any blame, but Josh Allen and other players have to take some blame too. Josh chooses where to throw the ball, you know. He is the one choosing to throw it deep time after time. He needs to take his check downs more often.
  16. Allen wasn't showing off. He was flustered from getting blitzed all game and getting the ball out as quickly as he could. I feel like they need to reign him in and force him to take his check downs in those instances. Simply stop with the go routes on every play.
  17. Pesimism will permeate the board for the next few days. There is no getting around that.
  18. It was very frustrating. I get that the clock can get to zero and you can snap it, but they were snapping it well after 0 multiple times without getting flags. Plus, they used all their time outs preventing delay of game penalties too. Just insane.
  19. We usually play Jackson well. Whatever.
  20. He wasn't showing much composure while throwing 4 INT's. I get it. He had a good half of football. He is a good QB. He has a bright future. All that is true. Watching that game, though, was more about the Chargers collapsing than Lawrence taking over the game. This is a recurring theme for the Chargers.
  21. You brought up the comparison to Josh Allen. It's a dumb comparison so you are getting called out for it. Nobody here is threatened by Trevor Lawrence potentially being a good QB. They are just making fun of a dumb comparison you made.
  22. I think it is MORE special when you don't suck for half a game.
  23. That's pretty aweosme. Is this the first time?
  24. I won't say much because this is a football forum and I think this thread is already going off the rails with too much religious talk. Prayer is interesting. You can pray all day and have perfect faith, but if what you are praying for does not align with God's will, it doesn't much matter. But I also believe some blessings/miracles are contingent upon us asking for them (such as through prayer). God sometimes wants us to ask, because that shows humility and faith. That's all. I'm sure this thread will be locked soon.
  25. There's plenty of room for others to have their own beliefs as well.
