Random stats, PFF info, Opinions, and more from the Dolphin beatdown
MJS replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
You gave zero grades. You did mention Allen was above 80, but didn't show his exact grade. You mentioned Jones graded high, but did not give his grade, etc. -
Can we please use groot like parsons and Garrett?

They still rotate, and part of that is game planning and down and distance. -

Shouldn't you post the grades if you reference them multiple times? -
The Jags got there Friday. Since it is 5 hours of difference I guess they won't be fully recovered till tomorrow, if your rule is correct. The Bills don't fly to London until later in the week. I think they want to have as normal of a practice week as possible. Teams either try to get to London as early as possible or as late as possible, it seems. I don't think there is consensus on which approach is better.

[Fish Forum]: The Bills Are Overrated & They Will Be Exposed on Sunday
MJS replied to Matt_In_NH's topic in The Stadium Wall
If Tua wants to become a great QB, he needs to learn the mental aspects of reading a defense and going through his progressions. Anyone can be good when your first read is schemed wide open every play. Kudos to him for being accurate and decicive, but he got rattled when his first read wasn't available. So far, he has shown to be a system QB. And he doesn't have the elite physical traits to fall back on, so I don't know how much farther he can progress. When Allen struggles to read a defense or gets rattled, he at least has elite physical traits to fall back on and can still make a great play. -
Maybe defenses are just getting better. When we talk about teams struggling, it's usually the offense we are talking about. Maybe the pendulum is swinging back to the defense, now. Khalil Mack just got 6 sacks in a game. The Bills defense is great. We've seen some good defensive performances this year around the NFL.

Will we have to replace Dorsey next year?
MJS replied to ChronicAndKnuckles's topic in The Stadium Wall
When he first took the job I predicted that he would become a head coach within 2-3 seasons. I stand by that. -
At this rate, they'll retire her number by week 10. What number exactly? Well, I'm not sure, but they'll figure it out.

He turns the ball over quite a bit and always has, but when it happens everyone acts stunned. It's pretty stupid, honestly. These QB's who are aggressive and push the ball down field are going to have turnovers. Just the nature of the beast.

That was the most beautifully thrown INT I have ever seen. Mahomes is unreal.
-
Did you see that Mahomes incompletion? Poetry in motion.
-
And Kelce? She's dating both of them!?
-
Why are they just hitting? Bad fundamentals. They need to wrap them up.

Collinsworth said he never, ever does that, though. He's the best ever at rainbow passes.

Never heard of her...

He's been great all year, honestly. A lot of fans who don't know what the heck they are talking about have been calling him out.

Tre White Injury Updates (Torn Achilles now confirmed)
MJS replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
You see more of these today. Athletes train their bodies to get more and more power, and it puts more stress on their tendons. You can tell Tre put in the work. He was in great shape. And he was playing very well this year, to my eyes. So sad for him. -
Unbelievable game today. This defense is unlike anything we've had for years. Aggressive, splash plays all over the field. Causing confusion and havoc for the QB, and getting consistent pressure. Josh Allen just needs to stay calm, cool, and collected like he has the past couple of weeks.

Liking the TE involvement.

Bills offense is clicking. The defense just needs to get a stop here and there.
