  1. It isn't. That's happened 3 years in a row and people want the man in charge of it back. McD's side of the ball has let us down in every single big game. The part of football that he was supposed to bring his proficiency in. He's also been a horrible in-game manager and has never put in the work to improve himself as one. He has gotten some world class performances from his QB in the playoffs, with really just 1 legitimate stinker in which his defense was also bad, and can never hold up his end of the bargain. He contributed heavily to the biggest meltdown in Bills history with 13 seconds. Yes, the standards are incredibly low to want this guy back. It's either people feel that these seasons have been huge accomplishments or they like him personally more than the team's possible success. If you consider it a disappointment when his side of the ball and Head Coaching duties have largely been responsible for those disappointments...why would you want him back? Especially when he hasn't exhibited any improvement as a coach or even an intention to improve as one? And if you don't consider it to be a disappointment...then isn't that the standard you see as being fit? And do you believe the team has gotten better with these constant early exits since the apex in 20-21? I think these are all fair questions that lead to that sentiment. Yes! Keep up this string of disappointments and he should be forced to sit through another year of Marvel movies.
  2. In what way? I'm open to hearing how what any of what I said is wrong or untrue.
  3. When did I say that? I literally made a post about how Celebrity endorsements don't impact elections at all and that nobody needs to care about Taylor Swift. The post I made that you're replying to was in response to someone who said people who don't have kids should have no say in the future of the country.
  4. That's a fair point. I think that could happen with the demand of young OC's with playcalling experience even if we don't win big here.
  5. Yeah I don't understand the flex. I don't think finishing Top 8 is something other teams who have elite QB's on their team see as a success story.
  6. Right. I believe two things can be true at the same time, and I don't know how anyone could say McD doesn't tense up in big moments. He's had a cavalcade of postseason and big game blunders here.
  7. I don't think it's possible to be more narrow-minded than this. First off, someone in their 30's could have 50-70 more years left on this planet. They could also have nephews, nieces, have students they've taught, children of friends, or even just flat out care about the next generation of people. What about people that are "evolutionary dead-end"'s that can't have children? What about people whose children have passed away or have children that don't want children? All of these people should be left without an opinion or say? And parents that are deadbeats or even just bad at what they do, using your logic, should? I'm in the middle politically because I don't like either party but it's nonsense like this that reminds of me why I could never be a Conservative.
  8. Unfortunately I think the standards with the owner and half the fanbase are so low, that I’m not even sure another massive postseason disappointment gets McD Cannes. Terry and a lot of fans feel that simply a Divisional Round exit with an elite QB is a huge accomplishment. It’s happened 3 years in a row and they want more of it. I think if it was somewhere else, this could be a good analysis of the situation by Brady. Here, I’m not so sure. I guess if the offense is solid he probably feels he could still get hired away.
  9. Yes, yes, and more yes. It's not even on the offensive side that people excuse McD for, they did it for years with Frasier. Frasier was carrying out McD's strategy and philosophy. If McD didn't like it at any point during all of those years, he could have fired him. There has been one constant problem in our postseason disappointments, and anyone being objective can see it.
  10. Yeah, I definitely think Brady was better than Dorsey...but he wasn't great. He might be the best guy to get a season to install his offense...but a real search and welcoming of different ideas would have been the right way to go.
  11. Celebrity endorsements historically don't make a difference. Even from Presidents that are popular within their own parties. Obama and Trump both didn't have a good success rate with their endorsements for lower offices even though they were wildly popular within their parties. For celebrities that aren't even in politics, the impact is even lower. Which is why it's so silly that places like Fox News and these influencer clowns have their panties in a twist about Taylor Swift.
  12. Why does this upset Conservatives though? I'm in my early 30's, single, no kids, and love life. I know people in my position who are also very happy...some who are not happy and really want a family but it just hasn't happened yet. I know people who are married and miserable....and married and very happy. I don't push my way of living onto other people just because right now I wouldn't have it any other way. I don't think there's a right or wrong way, it's what works for you. There are people thriving and people who are miserable under both circumstances. There's this weird push from Conservatives, it's all over their media, with their influencers pushing people to get married and have kids, even if it's not what they really want. This is supposedly from the party of freedom and non authoritarian. That Posobiec dude is a clown that has been wrong about a billion things and was triggered by the Barbie movie...that's the kind of stuff that you curate your social media with?
  13. But he was really bad at those things for the other 6 years he was a HC and not the DC If McD is giving up defensive playcalling, this is a good thing. He's a major liability, anything that help ease the burden of his impact helps. We'll still have to win in spite of his in-game management, but at least it's one less hurdle.
  14. This guy really wants the Bills job. It should've happened this year. Hopefully it'll happen next.
  15. I agree with the stance on Hillary. But what's funny is YOU as a person do this EXACT SAME thing, and there are receipts on this forum to prove it. You literally admitted to me that the same thing you call out the media and politicians for doing, is the same thing you defended Tucker Carlson for doing with Trump with the propaganda-cupcake interviews with him. The same thing you accuse others of doing is exactly what you do. You're fine with it because he's on your side and you feel that Trump has been unfairly railroaded. You're creating a narrative in which it's OK for you to be a fraud because you feel that's what others on the other side are doing. This is so you can justify your own personal actions and why you kneel down and lick for Tucker when he does the same exact thing that you complain about others doing. This makes you absolutely, 100% no different than the people you complain about. There is not one person on the planet that I would sell out on my beliefs for. Anyone here that I've ever referenced, if someone truthfully calls out them out on their bull####, I'm on board. I'm not going to say it's OK for them but not for the people or side I don't like. What you do is just straight up partisan hackery, which is what so much of this actually boils down to. You bow down to Conservatism, moreso Online Conservatism because I don't think you really know or understand what the real thing is. And there's a lot of that here on both sides. But you seem to more than most put yourself on a high horse when you as a person are much, much more of the problem with our country than what's good.
  16. I agree, almost every team plays that song on kickoffs. We need to do our own thing.
  17. There's a lot of McD propaganda here unfortunately. There's no way anyone can logically make an argument that he hasn't been our biggest liability and problem in the playoffs.
  18. Allen can. The Bills can’t because of McD.
  19. Yup. If I had to say right now...and this feels unfathomable after that 2020-21 season...I don't think Josh ends up winning a Superbowl here. And it's going to be because of McDermott. We're going to have one of the most tragic stories of a superstar of all-time. It's not similar at all though. Manning was dreadful individually, himself, for a lot of those games before he broke through. Josh has been spectacular in the majority of these big games. Peyton was losing those games because of Peyton. Josh is losing those games because of his coach.
