Kind of surprised that Tyler Eifert has seemed to have no action. If he's healthy he is an upgrade on O'Leary. Health is a big question. I still want Brice Butler.

And yesterday at this time people were moaning we had no QB help. I'm betting Beane is just waiting to see what players drop to the second wave of FA (like he waited out the QBs in FA) and will try to match the best fit for the best value. It's smart.

Brandon Beane is basically standing on a mountain screaming "I'M TAKING A QB HIGH IN THE DRAFT" He didn't make all these moves to sit at 12. He didnt make these moves to end up with Mason Rudolph at 22. He will get top the top of the draft even if it takes until draft night to announce.

Brice Butler. 6'3" ran 4.39 40 coming out of college. Been buried on the Cowboys depth chart but played really well when given an opportunity.

There have been many reports saying the Colts and Bills have been in talks. Most believe that it's for a move up in the draft...as do I. After seeing Sal's tweet about none of the FA QBs were there target it leads me to believe that the vet that they want to bring in is on someone's roster right now. My thinking: Colts are assessing Lucks health. If he is up to snuff or at least trending right I believe Brissett would be moved for some picks. If we are already working a possible trade with Indy to move up, I would strongly consider giving up an extra 3rd or 4th for Brissett. Again, just my opinion.

All kidding aside. Tyrod's pro day was a complete disaster.

Never said that. Way to read things into what people say. They lose players and even players that are "key" almost every year. It's not new. Then they find someone to slip into the open roster spot and press on. And here's a secret...I hope they do press on. Will mean that much more when we take the division.

And they will somehow continue to push for another Super Bowl with lesser known and lesser priced talent.

I get it. Especially with the lack of experience that our QB coach has in that position, a vet that knows the system would be a good signing. I would just hope he doesn't see the field. AJ would be a nice flier if we weren't drafting a QB high. But as far as being a mentor I just don't see it.
