  1. Seems risky still. Could we get the entire 6+7th instead? I've read somewhere that a viable QB can be picked up in the 6th. Agree. I think the only question remains...when does it happen? Far in advance or draft night?
  2. So in short. We made the playoffs and now have the #12 pick...and likely still moving. Anyone miss Rex/Whaley?
  3. No way. Not with the injury concern. If Beane gets anything more than a 5th I'd be impressed. I'm thinking this is more a Dareus type cost cut than it is for ammo.
  4. What's the return? Kinda expecting a Dareus type return on this one.
  5. Say no more. I got this. Um, unrelated...I need an alibi for Friday night.
  6. If we are adding rules for them I have a few to ponder. 1. They have to work the word "moist" into each post. 2. Every 3rd post must be in pig Latin 3. For every 10 posts they get to make up one rumor. Just to stir things up. 4. ANY breaking news involving Joe Webb's Package need to be immediately stickied. 5. If they post the same thing at the same time it cancels out and never existed.
  7. Yes, and an excellent one at that. It's said he can play outside as well.
  8. Oops. Sorry, misunderstood. I'm with you there. I agree, Darnold or Allen would be my guess for them. That wouldn't be a terrible outcome depending on how close they have those 4 QBs ranked.
  9. Cobb would be my choice. Younger, can help in the return game and has speed.
  10. To me it just says "We are moving up" or "We are going big in FA at QB". Depends on the bridge to me to see if they want a guy that won't start right away. Signing a Keenum or even a McCarron would tell me they want someone that may not be the day 1 starter. Signing a Moore or Hennessy screams Rosen.
  11. I think it would come down to what he'll look for money wise. I can't see them dropping a lot on him at this point. If his market's cold and he doesn't want an exorbitant amount...then I agree he would seem like a McDermott guy. Wonder if he can get any inside info on him from Mentor Andy.
  12. But yet it's being said McCarron who doesn't have even the 1 whole season that Keenum has is expected to get "Glennon Money. What's funny is that if you read the Browns message boards a ton of their fans are excited about Allen at 1 or 4.
  13. It may come down to a Matt Moore or Chad Hennessy, but I would be disheartened a tad if that's where the search started. These aren't guys that should be prioritized...they are way down the line fall back options.
  14. Everyone tweet Giselle about head injuries in the NFL, anything you can find on guys that cheat on their spouse on the road and anything related to closeted gay men that work away from home.
  15. Horrible is it comes to fruition. These are 2 guys that 1. Couldn't take the job in Jacksonville away from Bortles 2. Was thought so highly of that the Fins had to bring Cutler in. Out of the broadcast booth.
  16. This is actually true. What many don't know is the only way Buffalo has fielded a full roster of players over the last 40 years is by kidnapping players loved ones. There is a secret city underneath Buffalo that was built to house them all. They are fed half eaten chicken wings and extremely stale Genny Cream Ale. Chad Kelly was actually born inside the secret city, this explaining his sometimes odd behavior.
  17. I would be ok with Keenum as long as Daboll takes a long look at how Shurmer used him last year to be successful. Also bringing him in makes us look way less desperate for a trade up so teams can't gouge us as much. He's ok, but not spectacular enough to keep the rookie on the bench for 16 games imo.
