  1. Rest of the season including any post season games the Browns may or may not make.
  2. The NFL attempts to put Garrett out there like some savant artist. Similar to a lot of people who live by emotion he seems to have himself quite the anger problem.
  3. Before last week his catch ratio was 50%, glad to see it went up. The team needs something to change to keep them in it the last part of the season, who knows maybe Knox turns it on and becomes a big weapon? Not sure why they refuse to play Duke Williams. Would be nice to have a couple reliable big bodied wide outs in there.
  4. The path hasnt really changed, if you beat Denver, Pittsburgh, NYJ and Miami and you're in. If you lose to any one of those teams there is a very good chance you're out. 10-6 gets you there, 9-7 probably doesnt.
  5. I'd for sure keep divisions. Cut the preseason in half by two games, add two joint practices per team. Make pass interference a 15 yard penalty with automatic first down. Eliminate PI replay, its pointless. Make referees full time employees.
  6. We arent scoring as much because the explosive play has completely evaporated from our game. Aside from the one Singletary play this year, I cant remember a play where a player took a touch or pass and turned it up field for a big play or touchdown. Add that to Josh's complete inability to hit a deep pass and you have a team where defenses know they can just keep the play in front of them.
  7. Cleveland is going to take this one. I am confident in that. I am not sure they get the Steelers when they play them in Pittsburgh, but I think they will take care of them this week.
  8. Schumer is a perfect example on why we need term limits on these people. No more getting rich on selling out the United States.
  9. Its their best shot because they were running out of time before 2020.
  10. At this point its becoming quite clear that the entire government is an affront to the people of the United States. I have no clue why no one has stepped up and said enough of the garbage. This entire thing is disgusting and started the day Trump took office. They cant beat him so they have hung on everything he has done rather than doing the jobs they are overpaid for.
  11. It's a fair question but also kind of ignores so many of the nuances. The stats may be the same, the wins and other results may be the same, but would you rather pay a veteran a 30.5 Million dollar contract for two years at the ages of 29 and 30, when you already know the veteran is only average to below average. Or do you want to pay a younger player 21 Million dollars for four years from the ages of 22-25, when the younger player is already at the level of the veteran and may be able to grow. Bottom line is after the playoff game in Jacksonville where some of the worst quarterbacking I've ever seen in the league took place you couldnt keep Tyrod. Keeping him, and bringing in a rookie would have been bad for the locker room which was incredibly loyal to Tyrod. They needed a fresh start, and I am glad they have it.
  12. Colin Kaepernick NFL Settlement- NY Times
  13. You're mistaken. A Billion dollar industry paid two players a 10 Million dollar settlement to make the bad press go away. He is out of the league based on his own actions. The settlement and the tryout are both the equivalent of a parent giving a petulant child ice cream to stop the crying. He could of spent the last three years in the AFL or the CFL trying to prove he wanted to play football. He didnt do that because he thinks he is entitled to millions.
  14. Baltimore offered him a contract and then Kaeps girlfriend posted a meme on social media calling Baltimores owner a slave owner and Ray Lewis a house boy. Have a feeling thats not where he is going. People need to wake up and understand this fool got run from the league allon his own. Pretty sure everything he said was spot on. Maybe look up Kaeps stance on Fidel Castro as well. He is a misguided fool who plays on emotions to look intelligent. In reality he is a race baiting spoiled cry baby.
  15. Was watching last night. Got a good chuckle. If you dont laugh you cry.
  16. Ive had the same feeling for awhile. Got blasted in another thread because I said they would lose to the Browns and miss the playoffs.
  17. As talented as the Browns are they were 2-6 coming in. They did everything they could to let the Bills win. Loss to a 2-6 team in the middle of a playoff race because you missed two field goals is definitely Billsy.
  18. 11-5 was doable with a win against the Browns. Now they are looking at best 10-6. They have to beat the Dolphins, Broncos, Steelers and Jets to get there, and none of those games are gimmies. You win by scoring points, and they dont do that. They got to 6-3 by beating bad teams narrowly. It was an illusion, and the chickens are coming home to roost. It was found to be disrespectful to the process of honoring your opponents and was snuffed out from the teams vocabulary.
  19. Its the Bills message board hyperbole. His narrative is in line with "McDermott only signs Christians."
  20. Liked him a lot as a person here, but as a player he struggles big time in coverage. He would be better off fitting into a 3-4 base scheme and not being a 3 down linebacker. They have a younger option in Germaine Pratt they probably want to see for the rest of the year. Wouldnt bring him back.
  21. But the Seahawks arent building for long term success like we are.
  22. Better get ready for him to choose number 3, because he and Beane will get their entire contract here. I am sure of it.
  23. I think Cleveland wins the game in Cleveland, and Pittsburgh gets them back in a few weeks at home. Pittsburgh defense did look mighty scary yesterday though.
  24. He is a below average head coach. He can dress it up anyway he wants, but despite all his motivational speaking and talk about previous regimes making poor decisions his process has produced a similar outcome as Rex and Marrone's. They were good at hovering around the playoffs as well, they just didnt have the Andy Dalton miracle. On the upside he is probably about as good as Vrabel, O'brien and Gruden- on the downside he is about as good as Dan Quinn and Doug Marrone.
