  1. If the Bengals are truly looking for a 1st for a guy who has missed 60% of the games the last two seasons, and hasnt had a truly dominate season since 2015 they are dumber than they appear. They need to hit the reset button on their franchise, and they should have done it last offseason when they hired a new coach. Instead they will start their rebuild with a guy who may go into next season with a 1-15 coaching record and no respect from the players they keep. Awful franchise.
  2. Favre had two losing seasons his entire career, and one of them was his last year. He had success almost immediately, and was about as up and down as a quarterback could be his entire career. That said, he was a winner. A lot like Josh Allen in that respect. As an aside, Brett's 2006 season is almost exactly what Josh is on pace for this year.
  3. Gase had a knack for handling personal vendettas against players in a very odd manner when he was in Miami. I expect the Jets to have somewhat of a surge down the back stretch of the season, but this is still one of the most confounding hires I've seen in a long while. The Rex hire was similar, but he had at least had some success as a head coach.
  4. Or we could just trying to stop fixing something that isnt broken. Tanking doesnt ensure future success. A lot of things have to happen for a team to turn it's fortunes around. If the Dolphins GM, Coach, or QB suck they will most likely fail. The NFL has the best draft period, huge drama, huge ratings.
  5. Id like to know where he gets his insurance from?
  6. Dont really care for either. Williams is a good player but where does he fit in the defense? Pretty much set at 3 tech, can he play end? Anderson is a no for me on so many levels.
  7. Looking back over the Bills history it's pretty amazing aside from the season John Brown is currently having, Cole's season projections have him at the most receptions for a Bills wideout since 2012. He gets some flack on the board but I think he has been a tremendous add to the team.
  8. If Phillips keeps getting reps at the 1 tech, they need to designate Star as a post June 1st cut and get out of the contract they gave him. If Phillips was healthy I think Star would be losing more and more time.
  9. I am not sure where people got the idea that Evans is available as well?
  10. Probably my favorite uniform pairing. Also like the red.
  11. Nah I am good not signing him. He seems like a moody malcontent. More about him than the team.
  12. I thought this as well until Sanu went for a 2nd, and Sanders went for three picks. Bottom line is we know Beane isn't going to do anything that will make them worse in the future to be better right now. Their mantra is any move they make needs to make them better now, and tomorrow. If they trade for Green its going to have to come with an extension on his contract.
  13. Los Angeles Chargers may be in need of a quarterback next year. Could see him going to Oakland for their first year in Vegas.
  14. They saw that he would play for a better team. I am not shedding a tear for thay guy he gave half the effort here he gave for them. He didnt want to be here and it showed in his unwillingness to tackle. Mcdermott wanted guys who wanted to be here Gilmore didnt.
  15. This Good thing Sam got mono so he could understand those coverages better.
  16. Keep hearing Hughes has taken a step back, the truth is this player you're seeing is the player Jerry Hughes always has been. He is a slightly above average pass rusher who sets the edge well. He has averaged around 7 sacks a year, and thats skewed quite a bit by the two ten sack seasons he had when he played on one of the best defensive lines the Bills have ever had and wasnt facing double teams constantly. The Bills, and Jerry would both benefit a ton by getting a true number one pass rusher on this team. Hughes is a good player, but he is very far off from being a team's main pass rusher.
  17. Gotta be honest. I am not sure I've ever heard the PA when I've went to a Bills game.
  18. Right because only poor people act like idiots. Total jerk thing to say.
  19. I've been incredibly impressed with him. I love how he is branching new plays off a base play. He gives three to four looks on the same play so as the season moves on it will be harder for defenses to key on where a play is going to go. May not seem like a big deal, but I don't recall having OCs that have added that sort of nuance. I think he is a good OC who will appear to be even better if Allen starts to play better.
  20. He played it last year vs Miami. He isny Mahomes but he isnt Rosen.
  21. Today was further proof to me that this team shouldnt be talked about as the class of the conference. The quarterback isnt ready and they need help at defensive end in the worst way. I hope I am wrong but I cant see them hanging with the Eagles, Patriots, Ravens or Cowboys. If they have any slip up beyond that they will be looking at going from 5-1, to 10-6 or 9-7. The Jets have an easy schedule down the back stretch. Josh needs to play lights out from here out because the defense isnt going to save him late in the year.
  22. What do you mean this is him. Good for 5 sacks a year and a bunch of meaningless pressures.
  23. Because the defensive ends on this team are average football players.
  24. Its a great segment. He needs to look into radio or television once he is done playing. He isnt playing like a guy in his late thirties.
