People who are paid to talk about football should know about football. Maddy Glab doesnt know football, she also has very little knowledge on Bills' history. Unless of course you think "Dan" Beebe was one of the better Bills wideouts. I liked Murphy and Tasker a lot. I think it was en vogue to hate them and became a bit of a thing over time. I'll take Murphy and his historical knowledge of the team going back to the AFL days, and Tasker with his stories about the 90's team over Brown and Glab any day of the week. Also reading the article, its pretty obvious it wasn't mutual. To me it sounds like Murphy wanted to take the down time of the year off completely and only work during Training Camp and the season. "It was mutual, I guess" "They wanted to take the show in a different direction." etc.

NFL testing helmet masks?

Agree with you completely. They also are pointless the second the helmet comes off. -

It 100% is. It's the same picture from earlier in this thread, in the first one she has a tan. -
You have quite a catalogue to check out with this guy. All the way back to the Drive by Truckers. Fantastic musician and song writer.

I dont think the Jets are a push over at all this year. I think Darnold is probably the better thrower of the two quarterbacks, but if we are taking about all around quarterbacks I still think Josh is the guy. That said, the Bills are better at both QB and Coach so I'd say they are still the favorites. But I wouldnt write the Jets off completely just because they have a wack job at coach.

Something to look forward to Football wise. Great timing. Go Bills! -
100% correct. This is something I've thought about for a long time. You can throw Tiger in there before the stuff with his wife. The best of the best just have another gear or a different mindset.

A robin made her nest on top of an old toboggan I had resting against the back side of my lean to. A couple days ago I went into my garage and passed the toboggan and noticed this totally different looking bird sitting on top of the nest frozen with fear. In all of my time in WNY I never realized how different a baby robin looks from a full grown one. It was honestly mindblowing. Moved on about two acres near Lake Ontario, and I am loving the wildlife in my backyard, aside from the skunk that jumped out of his hole and nearly sprayed me last summer.

I have to admit I have not, still at work. I just dont know who he would fight right now. The top heavyweights, and some not so top heavyweights were eating his lunch 15 years ago. The only reason for the guy to come back is for a payday, and I dont know who they could even put him in the ring with. Fury, Wilder and Joshua may legitimately maim him. Unless the video was just him showing that a 53 year old guy is still in good shape?

[Vague Title] The King..Is out there..Sammy

We all have that friend! And for a good stretch of my twenties I was that guy, thats why I can spot it so well. I read a ton of Herman Hesse, spoke endlessly about Che Guevera, and had theories about shared energy. Now I am 37, dont really like to talk and look forward to mowing my lawn. -
You're comparing the guy to two borderline Hall of Fame Players which is a little unfair. Yes, the Bills picked him in the 1st round, but lets not pretend he was a top ten pick. They picked him 28th overall. If you told me before we picked any guy at 28 that he was going to start 120 games for us and be an near Pro Bowl level player that entire time I'd say that was a successful pick. Not to mention he wasnt just a good player, he was a fantastic leader across his entire career.

Seriously, how do you ignore the fact this guy had so many bad influences around him. Not to mention the fact he is pretty clearly bi-polar. Wow -

Loved the use of the cliche Native American Wolf story....he isn't crazy, he is an immature idiot who thinks he is intelligent. Never seen more time wasted on a #3 wideout in my life. -
SI: Are The Bills Ready To Take The Division?
thenorthremembers replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So what is the reason then? He never had the superior quarterback in the big game. This year he did. -

Belichick's coaching win pct, including that 11-5 team before Brady was .460. There is a reason Phil Jackson only coached teams with Michael, Kobe, and Shaq on them. Belichick was a good coach in terms of game day readiness prior to Brady, but he wasnt great until Brady showed up. It's the same reason Andy Reid hadnt won a title before Mahomes. You're correct here. Its not a coincidence. -
Watched the Bills vs. Broncos there in Manning's final season. It was the game Orton made it very clear he was just here for the money by sliding a half yard short of the 1st down marker on 3rd and 1. The atmosphere was pretty cool at the outset of the game, tailgating was a lot like the Stadium. However, it got cold quick so my buddy and I went to the bar across the street to watch the rest of the game.

Breshad Perriman to Jets
thenorthremembers replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The guy has been dealing with spine injuries since 2017, the Jets were incredibly stupid to resign him. If its true and he has spinal stenosis they may have paid him 16 million dollars to play one game. -
His philandering is pretty well publicized. The Jets reporter thing was a big deal when it happened, and that was also covered quite well. I am not sure it was the media who gave him a pass, as much as it was the public. Can't love the guy because he seems like Joe Six Pack, and then hate him when he proves it.
