I think we all know 2nd to 3rd string guys bounce around from team to team, practice squad to practice squad without ever seeing real game action. The fact is the kid has played well enough in the preseason to have considerations. He was also good enough at Ole Miss to be a draft pick. Had he been able to take part in pro days and combine he may have went higher. I agree he has wasted a lot of opportunities. However, that doesn't make him a bum. No one likes to talk about the work he does with local groups like the ARC of Erie County or how is has openly talked about not following his path to young football players at Kelly's camp. If we are being honest and not attacking him personally he has NFL talent or he wouldn't be there.

The only two guys who will threaten Zay for a roster spot are Ateman and Doss. Two guys who were undrafted against a guy they gave up a draft pick for. I think he makes it this year, but will be gone after that. Additionally, they only have 3 quarterbacks listed on their depth chart so unless they only keep two guys The Peterman Can will make it as well.

If he had no talent at all he wouldnt have continued getting chances because of Uncle Jim. Montana's kid played college football and went nowhere, Jordan's kid played college basketball and got nowhere. Chad got chances because he is good at football. He may have a ten cent brain but he can play football, that fact is undeniable. To be fair there are plenty of players currently in the NFL who have had more chances than Chad Kelly.

No I believe everyone is innantely evil and in spite of their environment they can choose to not be evil. Not saying everyone is John Wayne Gacy but everyone of us are capable of lying, cheating, stealing etc which are all evil sinful acts. Everyone has evil urges not everyone acts on them.

Sell naming rights to the field and go back to Ralph Wilson Stadium. Given the current financial landscape and an already overtaxed state this could easily happen again. Naming rights for the field would be less taxing. Off topic how did MandT end up paying for naming rights in Baltimore and not here?
