  1. Not to mention they HAVE invested in young weapons for Josh so that point is moot. Kincaid last year, Coleman this year, Cook 2 years ago. IF Coleman is a bonafide #1 with Shakir and Kincaid.... I think that opens a lot for Samuel and we are dangerous. This year will probably be the most "painful" due to some growing pains early but we get to the playoffs and they have a whole season to develop, we are in verrrry good hand for the future with a young(er) offense.
  2. I don't think it's that they undervalue WR, they just see a LOT more value in beefing up a team around Josh when you have him. Mahomes has won the SB with subpar WR twice. Josh is on the same level, the coaching is not.
  3. it's not seized, google it with the words apart. You'll find it. I used it today! That being said, DiNucci looked "Ok" (for what I watched) outside of his miss to Shavers. Gore looked good, probably a stash on the PS at this point. Didn't pay too much attention otherwise. I just had the game on.
  4. i picked him off waivers for free in a dynasty league.
  5. amount of time you took doing that, you could have just searched and answered his question and contributed to the convo
  6. They have a glaring issue at OL... like very bad. They have no depth. They have a solid back 7 on D. They have a great WR. They have no threat at TE. Mike Williams has been hurt his entire career and are we really worried about Gipson? The only person I'm worried about is if Corley develops into a stud this year. That offensive line is going to give big problems to AR
  7. Bro, the guy CAN NOT get over us not drafting Worthy... he simply can not.
  8. Wasn't Elam on IR most of last year too with an ankle or foot injury?
  9. He had an 81% catch rate and was 8th in RB Receiving yards. He had 5 dropped passes. I think because some of them were "notable" so people have this thing out there that he has a drop problem.
  10. She wasn't the one, huh?
  11. Well let's see: -He was 4th in rushing yards in the NFL as a first year starter to go with dealing with McDermott's benching and putting him in the dog house. (While being 10th in carries) -He was 6th in total scrimmage yards - even though he can't catch apparently? -He was 4th lowest in % of being "stuffed at the LOS"- only Kyren Williams, Khalil Herbert and Justice Hill were better. Despite your quote in the italics. -Even though he "can't catch" he was #8 RB for receiving yards despite being 15th in routes ran -Even though he has an "inability to consistently catch the ball" he had an 81% catch rate, best for 11th among all RB -He had 5 drops but was #2 in yards per reception -He was 5th in yards per touch I can go on and on. Will he ever be a good pass blocker? probably not.... but dude, to say you can't think of anything Cook does better is actually incredible and I'm not sure you even believe that. The misconception that he can't catch ... when he only had 5 drops last year, hilarious. So since you can't think of anything Cook does better than Ray Davis, we should expect Ray to be a top 3 yard getter as an RB(1,200 +) and 500+ receiving yards?
  12. I had my bicep repaired (long head near the shoulder) about 4.5 months ago and I'm just now being able to get back in to weight training. I'm unsure what kind of biceps injury he had but if it's anything like mine, he's not playing this year.... unless he get's put on some special stuff and amazing peptides.
  13. because he's an ex panther
  14. Very very fair take. Although I do think his athleticism was incredible before his injury. He has some incredible runs and incredible plays that he creates with his legs. I think his athleticism for being as small as he is ... is quite impressive in the NFL. 2500 rushing yards and 26 TDs in 4 years isn't something to balk at. I think the 2 things holding him back in the league are: 1.) He's obviously too short 2.) More importantly is his attitude and commitment (or seemingly lack thereof) to the game/ studying.
  15. We are talking about arm talent, not a single game. Caleb Williams has been horrible in some college games.... point? EDIT: We are only 6.5 point favorites because the Cardinals have a very good defense, the second or third best TE in football, MHJ, and Kyler Murray, who ... is annoying to play against and beat us when we were the best team in the league.
  16. Uh, Kyler Murray also objectively has incredible arm talent. You don't become the #1 overall pick at 5'7 as a QB because you don't have crazy arm talent. Not to mention he was drafted in the MLB. He throws faster than Caleb, actually. I strongly dislike Kyler Murray but you can't discount the dudes ability to throw the ball. In 2021, Kyler lead the league in deep passing accuracy In 2022, he was second in "regular accuracy" according to PFF He has dealt with horrific coaching and REALLY bad rosters. Your statement is patently false. https://www.si.com/nfl/cardinals/analysis/analytics-show-kyler-murray-was-better-than-you-think-last-season
  17. I answered your question bubba, that's all.
  18. Did you watch football last year? Tucker was 86% and Butker was 94% So no, Tucker didn't die, he just didnt kick as good as Butker.
  19. This was written by Ben Volin who is notoriously wrong and a horrific journalist. Take nothing he says seriously. Also, Milton is practicing with guys fighting for a roster, Maye is not.
  20. He also has to have the best supporting cast I can remember for a rookie QB... if he isn't at least "OK" his rookie year, he'll never be good, IMO.
  21. Washed and lost a step are not the same thing. He had 8 drops last year and only 330 YAC which puts him at the very bottom of WR 1's. Davante Adams was around there with absolutely NO QB. Shakir had almost 300 and played half the time diggs did
  22. I “Johnson has earned an 82.8 coverage grade over the last two years, eighth in the NFL,” Kosko wrote. “He is also another player who prevents separation at a high level, ranking fifth in the advanced metrics. The six-year pro has been vital to the success of the Bills' defense for several years.” This is from June of this year and he was second team all pro last year. So PFF weighs more than being All-Pro? Second team All-Pro isn't elite? Yikes
  23. We literally had one injury last year. Douglass was just as good, if not better, than Tre. I didn't use the what-if with injuries, I'm talking specifically in terms of talent with Milano. Literally only one team has Tyreek Hill and the team that traded him away has won 2 Super Bowls since him leaving. It's more on the QB / OC than anyone here realizes. I genuinely believe we have more talent than KC but we have a far worse HC / OC than KC and that's the determining factor.
  24. So you're going to use PFF to say Dion wasn't great last season but disregard the Taron Johnson PFF grade because of 1 play? He was literally 4th best in the NFL.. “Johnson has earned an 82.8 coverage grade over the last two years, eighth in the NFL,” Kosko wrote. “He is also another player who prevents separation at a high level, ranking fifth in the advanced metrics. The six-year pro has been vital to the success of the Bills' defense for several years.” BTW, that 8th is out of ALL corners. He was elite my man.
