  1. What stood out to me: The Diggs trade was "graduation." It was where the players TRULY and ultimately felt that they were believed in and READY. That was awesome.
  2. I agree 100%. Rodgers has been absolutely unbelievable... so I can accept that.
  3. I wouldn't say Flores is a fraud. He took a pile of dog crap last year and won 5 games. That team had no business winning 2 or 3. And now they win 10. I don't call that a fraud. It's development and they have the 3 overall pick this year from the Texans. They are going to be competitive for as long as he is there.
  4. Bojo's development is very similar to that of Josh Allen, really. From pretttty darn bad a few years ago to one of the best in the league.
  5. MVP is the Most Valuable Player in the NFL. Josh Allen accounted for 84% of Buffalo's TD's and Rodgers accounted for 73%. The stats are not that far off in terms of total yards / TD's on either side. Josh actually has many more yards than Rodgers. I think Josh has a SERIOUS case for MVP. FWIW... I believe Rodgers has been absolutely INCREDIBLE. He's the best QB to ever step foot on the field (Brady is the most winning, I get that... Rodgers is just far superior in virtually every other aspect.) I think he's going to win it, I just don't think the two are that far apart.
  6. Maybe they should be merged and pinned? I think it's a great idea.
  7. I can’t wear any Bills gear the day of the game. When we made the play offs the first year with Tyrod, every time I wore a Bills shirt, we lost.. including the playoffs. Sporadically I did the next 2 years and sure enough, every time I wore Bills gear, we lost.
  8. I’d suspect, if he can get back on the PS, we release Duke/someone else and sign Kumerow. Only reason it’s a shock to me is because he played quite a few special teams as well.
  9. Josh McDaniels / Jack Del Rio. I think Josh McDaniels is going to be great next time he becomes a head coach. Jack Del Rio and Reggie McKenzie had something good going on in Oakland before the love of Gruden came back. (I understand he went 6-10 his last year there were a lot of injuries but the year prior he was 12-4). From 03-07, Del Rio took a prettty bad Jags team to being respectable. If THOSE are my options on think Del Rio is one of the better choices there.
  10. Yeah, even back to his days on Jim Rome he was talking about Buffalo IIRC This was him pre-season as well: Kyle Brandt: Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen will 'unleash his arm' in 2020 (nfl.com)
  11. I'm not entirely sold on the fact that Anthony Lynn is gone. Should he be? Probably..... The Chargers have had injury issues for YEARS. If that defensive was completely healthy, they would be a top 3-5 defense in the NFL.
  12. I can't listen right now.... any good cliffs/take aways?
  13. Omaha means snap on next sound. That's why you'll typically hear it with like 3-5 seconds left on the play clock. That's why it's always "Omaha... Hut" In terms of color number, they typically don't have meaning. That's why Rodgers will ALWAYS say Green18. When they decide to switch it, it will typically mean an audible. Josh always says White 20, Cam always says White 80, etc etc Nah, Cam did that in Carolina too.
  14. Justin Fields is more Haskins than he is Josh Allen. Be honest, what was your take on Haskins coming out (I'm pretty sure I remember it what your take was).
  15. The bolded is funny. You GENUINELY believe that Fields will be better in the NFL than all other QB's in this class? If I knew you in real life, I would bet my house against you with that.
  16. It's tough to gauge him because of how consistent and good Big Ben is. Mike McCarthy was one of the worst coaches in the NFL for 13 years and he kept his job because of Aaron Rodgers. They wasted a lot of his time with McCarthy.
  17. He's been bad his entire career man. They wasted a lot of time with Rodgers. I would watch some of his clock management, play calling, personnel, etc and it's just like WOW this guy is realllly bad. Not Anthony Lynn clock management bad though.
  18. I think Mike McCarthy is and has been one of the worst head coaches in the NFL over 13-15 years but him being in trouble just isn't fair, really. I'd say there is next to 0% chance he isn't back next year. Injuries to Dak, along the offensive line, and defense just can't be overcame. His in game coaching is still abysmal, though. The fact that Anthony Lynn still has a job surprises me. Mike Zimmer won't be let go. I just can't see that happening.
  19. I meant his little stutter off the line, not at the top of the route. I think he learned a little bit from Beas too. He absolutely did it on occasion but like you said, his added nuances, I believe come from coaching/ being around Beas, etc. His route running has always been insanely good... i just think it's at another level now.
