  1. 17 to 4 in favor of bills in first downs. 230yds to 68yds score is 17-13. WHAT. A. JOKE.
  2. My living room, in Erie Pa, a day removed from a week in the riveria maya in Mexico. We drove through that sh** show the night before from buffalo airport to home and it was some of the worst visibility I’ve ever dealt with. That was one of the most frustrating wins i can ever remember. Now a year later I’m sitting here at the same resort praying we don’t have another drive like that in store tomorrow night when we land.
  3. He’s having arguably his best year all around year as a cog in a solid unit and you over him as a player..... I agree we obviously need to be thinking about a replacement immediately due to his age..... But WOW, the things people say on here. SMH
  4. My best buddy is a lifelong “Stiller” diehard. This last Sunday was the first time we’ve gotten to sit down and watch ball together this year. After a half he says “You know, this guy reminds me a lot of Ben”.... I just nodded while wearing a grin from ear to ear. Personally I think he’s a better athlete while being a less refined passer but I think it’s a solid comparison regardless.
  5. am I the only one that misses a game or 2 with the throwback blue on whites? I really like the current white on white and the throwback whites..... but they've really played it out lately IMO.
  6. jones has caught everything that has gone his way this year and he's been a solid extension of the offensive line in the run game. calm down. I didn't say he was lighting it up but he's been solid considering the offense he's in.
  7. I disagree on miller. Jackson had started closing quite a bit earlier. i'm arguing for the sake of it, but i'd put money on Jackson clocking in faster than millers top speed there. if you look in the background he gets slowed up/tripped up and still closes. that's some serious speed.
  8. if i'm not mistaken he weighed in at 252 at the combine and ran a 4.38. he seriously one of the most freakish athletes the nfl has ever seen. and on of the few workout wonders that proceeded to go out and make a name for himself with his play as well. i'm really excited about foster. i'll admit I bagged on him hard all offseason and into the regular season. but after his last 2 games, i would think there has to be some fire in the smoke...i'm really excited to think we may have plugged another hole(teller as well) with rookie. if he keeps his hands in tact we will have solved 2/3 of the wr issue now that jones is starting to be a solid contributor. i'm getting really really pumped for next season already!
  9. A. i'd like to know what Adoree Jackson clocked in at as he closed the gap on miller at an alarming rate. B. Vernon Davis is one of the most physically freakish individuals the NFL has ever seen. Was not expecting to see him there at the top of the list. that's UNREAL.
  10. If you watched the game and that is basically what you came out of it with, then you need to start watching a different sport.
  11. they really didn't highlight the nastiest part of that run. the endzone camera is the best angle as it gives a face on look at his stiff arm.... which was pretty darn sick.
  12. there was a particular play early in the game that he sniffed out in the flats on a bortles rollout. he was clearly trailing the fb or te(cant quite remember which it was) and managed to make up a crap ton of ground to stop the play for little to no gain if i'm not mistaken. I specifically remember as it was happening thinking if that was preston brown that pass catcher would now be 20 yds down the field while brown flailed behind him, with his awkward run style, losing ground trying to catch up. that being said. Edmunds has serious work to do in the run game but I think that will come in time. EDIT: I just watched the vid. it may have been that play to the flat on fournette.
  13. Harry will get better with an off-season I would assume. Sign a big body for depth. Star, Phillips, Phillips, and a vet will be real solid I think.
  14. I would much rather resign Jordan Phillips. Has made an impact and is all GO.
  15. I have no clue why people are so salty about this. You go to a division rival, you’re dead to me. I love it. And if I was a teammate i’d love it. He says in the interview there’s a certain culture he’s trying to establish, if I’m not mistaken. I have a feeling most people in here that are sounding off about it being such a bad look are the ones who bagged on him the whole time leading up to the draft and are now grasping at straws. Im sure he’ll handle it differently the older he gets and as a business owner I would handle it differently myself knowing how the public would respond.... But I wouldn’t care if he didn’t change a dang thing his whole career I think you are diagnosing it wayyy too much.
  16. Ya. Their line was made a complete 180. This would be really interesting.
  17. I have no desire to find out how ineffective his “patient” running style is behind even just an average offensive line. His running style dictates he needs to choose very wisely when picking a team.
  18. Week in and week out I see big name AND no name wr’s make contested catches for their qb’s. “Area code” catches rewarding their qb for trusting them. It consistently happens every week all around the nfl..... and then there’s buffalo. In those other games the qb’s are routinely praised for “trusting” their wr’s and letting them make a play. But in buffalo, when the wr inevitably drops it, it’s just an inaccurate throw and knock against the qb for not hitting every pass in stride.....Very frustrating
  19. I swear it’s like grown adults that have been watching the nfl for YEARS apparently forget what it’s like in the nfl and make the most idiotic proclamations. In absolutes, no less. Some of the takes in this thread.... WOW. Freaking embarrassing.... and you all know who you are.
  20. I think watters would have already been closer if he didn't make himself such a villain to the media. when he retired his all purpose numbers were on par with most anyones. the years have shot him downward on all time lists.
  21. I think theirs an argument to be made about playing on a high level consistently for over a decade. I get what your saying though. I think the same argument will come up for frank gore.
  22. 5 time probowler but more importantly 3 time all pro. 10 int season on his resume and a top player on a historic defense. He easily deserves to be in the list and it won’t surpise me if he gets in down the line based on how long he played at a high level. He and bailey were the best and most consistent db’s of their era. Other guys may have been more dominant than barber for spells but nobody played as long as he did at a top level like he did... other than bailey. Whom I think is a guaranteed HOF’r Bailey is a no brainer in IMO. Dominant in his prime and consistently one of the top 3-5 at his position for over a decade I would argue.
  23. Seems like the natural progression of things. I can think of a handful of big drops from the guy right off the top of my head. I dunno. I don’t think he would be missed a whole bunch. Doesn’t hurt having a vet TE in their for the youngsters though.
  24. Right the base color stays the same. But this year they’ve alternated frequently between white and yellow horns.
