  1. fair points. one thing that doesn't get talked about enough is how these guys manage their real life hardships with their jobs...… I know my job has suffered at times because of "off the field" issues.
  2. I see guy getting met at the line constantly. I see lineman getting pushed back. I see defenses bum rushing the box on first down because they see no threat of a passing game. shady could play better in regards to just sticking his head down and getting the yard or 2. that needs to be altered behind this line. that's not deniable. but that's not what has gotten him to where he is today. i'll fully concede that ivory is more suited for the run game this year. that's fairly pathetic to me(love ivory too, btw) and IMO it says more about the team than it does shady. he's shown what he can do with reasonable blocking. also, to one of my first points to the guy i was responding to. if the guy has been so bad why in the world are the defending superbowl champs making a play for him and why would the bills be asking so much? saying McCoy is the primary reason we have been so bad, which is what I was responding to, is absolutely absurd. hands down. buy you're probably right. Its probably just my lack of understanding. because you don't offer anything more for a high paid 30 yr old back even if he's still got it. that would just be bad business. my point remains.... the eagles aren't in business of adding bad players.
  3. so a guy who's coming off being top 5 in scrimmage yds among backs and was arguably the best player on the field back in a January playoff game on a bum ankle all of a sudden doesn't have it. ya. that makes sense. its gotta be him.
  4. BS. lol..... because it obviously hasn't worked for him the first 9 years of his career when he had any semblance of average run blocking. right. that's probably why the eagles were calling about him..... solid take, bruh.
  5. and that says a lot more about the team than it does mccoys abilities.
  6. if that's what it takes for whatever idiot is keeping him around to finally cut him loose..... then yes. that's what I want. for the sake or your future and anytime the bills need to turn to a backup. its inexcusable that he's even been in the position to fill in the last couple of weeks. he needs to be far FAR away from the bills roster and i'm all for any scenario that cements that.
  7. I mean..... if they get some issues fixed up front he and ivory could be formidable next year. and them splitting touches this year only keeps them more ready for that.
  8. at one point Anderson had to wait while jones waved KB to the complete opposite side of the field to get him lined up correctly. KB is a freaking joke. you're a freaking pro. how about knowing your job and assignments.
  9. I was wondering how awful they were last night. I’ve traveled to 6 different stadiums so far in my life for bills games and the worst gameday experience I’ve ever had was in our own backyard up at orchard park, the first game Brady played us after his suspension. after dealing with those MASSholes I told my wife, as we walked out of the stadium, I may never attend another game involving the pats. And I mean that. I have no desire to deal with them when I’m spending money to try and enjoy a venue. All the same type. Drunk cocky idiots in there mid 20’s that hopped on the bandwagon back when they were 10-12 years old and have never had to deal with losing.
  10. I’ve been Jax, lambeau, and Indy recently. I just keep it calm and respectful and I’ve never had an issue. Whether you agree with it or not, if you get loud in an opposing stadium, even if you are minding your own business, you are just asking for trouble. I’m sad to say that the worst gameday experiences I’ve actually had, have come in orchard park bringing family or friends from opposing teams and having to protect them from our own drunk a**hats in the stadium or the walk up to it. Best grouping of words I’ve read all day.
  11. 3rd best situation to be in??? THIS GUY IS FREAKING HIGH!!!!!
  12. yup. its gonna take drafting and some wins. really all there is too it. all I really can see that money doing is giving us the luxury to slightly overpay for some depth at some positions of need..... so maybe that's a draw for a handful of FA's
  13. right.... I cant think of any off the top of my head. when was the last time a team with a bunch of cap was able to nail a bunch of FA signings and turn things around. it seems to really not work like that.
  14. i'm just patiently waiting for @xRUSHx to come barreling into this thread at mach speeds, then smearing crap all over the walls like a pissed off ape at the zoo. please don't let me down... wherever you are.
  15. It’s mind blowing to me that 30% of the people around here think he’s worth a 3-5. Sure would be nice though.
  16. The last 2 years my wife and I have finally found a place financially that traveling and attending our first ever away games is an option.... We’ve had the displeasure of being able to plan 3 weekend long trips...... Jax for playoffs last year, crossed lambeau off my bucket list this year, and visited an old college friend in Indy this last weekend. 64 total hours on the road for a grand total of 8 Pts scored. That’s 1 pt for every 8 hours on the road. This is no joke. You can’t freaking make something like that up for a good book. I’ve tried convincing myself during the weekend and games that I shouldn’t let the final score deter my trip.... but that becomes much harder when you have hours of road in front of you on Sunday nights or Monday mornings. After getting back into the house today near Erie, Pa, disgusted and exhausted from another drive of shame, I’ve made up my mind I’m just not doing away games anymore. Or at least for the foreseable future. It’s just not worth it and I’m honestly just really pissed off at the franchise right now. Im sure I’ll come around. I ALWAYS do. But we’re talking 8 pts in 3 games!!!! I need some time.
  17. Heading down from Erie Pa in the morning
  18. I sure didn't. I just glossed.... its pathetic and incredibly stupid..... especially after how the game ended yesterday.
  19. I have an old college friend that invited me down to his home in indy to take advantage of his season tickets..... I have no idea how i'm gonnna muster up the will to make that 6.5 hour drive if Peterman gets the nod.
  20. no. it counts. but you would have told me before that game the defense would GO INTO Lambeau against Rodgers and force 2 to's while allowing 22 I would take that. and again. the defense only allowed 13 pts yesterday.
  21. losing arguably your top 2 lineman doesn't help either.
  22. its unforgivable that they even had themselves in position for him to ever even see the field again. I've been all in on McDermott and backed him this whole time. But the loyalty shown to Peterman this year is hard to gloss over. its just inexcusable.
  23. 22 at Lambeau against Aaron FREAKIN Rodgers when the bills offense couldn't stay on the field and they only gave up 13 yesterday. stop it.
  24. I actually trust them as a whole but the easy answer if I was a knee jerk sort of guy is...… the qb situation.
