  1. That's where I'm at, I think the execution was too bad to really tell. With Allen playing like that, it's also hard to assess Davis, Knox, McKenzie, etc as they're reliant on Josh to find them & make the throws too. One thing I noticed in the 2nd half was Josh almost completely stopped looking beyond his first target. From snap to pass/scramble, he singled in on one guy & that was it. The others may have been covered, but I'd have to see the All-22 or something.
  2. Remember last week when people were mocking the "remember the Jags" posters? Well it's not that funny when we're seeing signs of yet another mid-season let down against teams we should beat. šŸ˜” No, the Jets aren't as bad as the Jags, but there's a reason Buffalo was favored by 12 points. That kind of line indicates you SHOULD be the far superior team. A loss to the Vikings next week would likely see the Bills knocked out of 1st place, and any hopes of Allen being MVP would be done.
  3. So it's not a bad thing they got pushed around & got ran all over for a 2nd week in a row?
  4. I'm more concerned how bad Allen has looked than actually losing. Wins are what's supposed to matter most, but selfishly I wanted the MVP season too. Allen playing like this just gives credibility to all the years of criticism about his accuracy, decision making & consistency. That bothers me more than a loss right now šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«
  5. If the blueprint is pressure JA & hope he forces the issue anyway, then sure... But hopefully he can get back to basics & settle on taking what the defense gives him again. Check downs, screens, slants, etc. just things that help keep the ball moving while helping him get in rhythm. He also needs to stop with the casual throws in bounds when he should be throwing the ball away. He's had what, 3x 2 INT games? Even had a couple fumbles now too. It wasn't great before, but at least we managed to win in spite of them. Now they're really concerning 😟
  6. THANK YOU! I've been saying this for a long time now. They just aren't good! This carousel at RB & hoping one will magically change things isn't the solution. Allen's mobility & playmaking skills disguise a lot of their flaws, but when he's off himself? Even bad teams will get be able to hang in games.
  7. Josh Allen. It's ok to say it. He was inaccurate all day, couldn't read the defense at all & threw 2 AWFUL picks.
  8. "But the Jets are a good team!" I don't care. That was an embarrassing performance regardless. After last week, Josh has effectively played himself out of the MVP conversation too (for now).
  9. The D held them to 14 until now. That's good for #1 in the league. They're exhausted at this point. Offense turning it over in the redzone & wasting opportunities lost this game
  10. Execution blunders more than anything.... starting with Josh.
  11. He's been a liability all year. Consistently picked on by even the most mediocre QBs. People don't seem to mind though because he gets a pick every now & then
  12. At this point, I just assume the D is gassed from being on the field so much... just like the drought days. When the offense can't sustain drives & turns it over, the D eventually breaks down. Doesn't help we're missing all our stud DBs
  13. Has any team invested more time, money & picks in their D-line to have so little to show for it?
  14. We're tackling like the old Bills, how nostalgic!
  15. We were double digit favorites... this bad. Going 0-2 in the division would be brutal too.
  16. Can we pay Jordan Palmer to sleep over at Josh's house the entire next week? He hasn't thrown a good pass the entire second half... Hell, his best pass was the 1st one of the game šŸ˜…
  17. We're still missing a lot of key players on defense this game too. O-line is bad today, though imo they're never actually "good," just serviceable, and Allen continuing to turn it over is killing us (once in their redzone, once basically in our own).
  18. Josh hasn't thrown a pass this drive. Not a great sign of confidence (perhaps his own).
  19. Nick Wright is going to be unbearable this week... 😭
  20. Our personnel is poorly suited for that right now. Every time we've blitzed today Jets have beaten us bad.
  21. And points off turnovers are killing us. Worst part is they were all terrible, completely avoidable turnovers.
  22. This is what's most concerning. Unlike the picks in the Rams game, his 4 INT's these last 2 games have been AWFUL.
  23. Allen just sucks lately. These picks aren't even understandable. They're just blatant bad throws.
  24. Frazier is amazing. People fail to give proper credit for what he's been able to do... only choosing to blame him when the players don't execute on the field.
