  1. To be fair, they did what they needed to do... the Ravens needed a last second, NFL record-breaking miracle FG to win & somehow got it.
  2. I seriously am stunned... That Tucker kick was incredible. Hate the Ravens, but congrats to him. That's a record that's going to stand for a long time. Edit: On a side note, the Ravens should've been flagged for delay of game & backed up 5 more yards on the previous play. Clock his 0 & they still took at least another second.
  3. Holy s***! TUCKER FOR 66 YARDS TO WIN! I cannot believe that
  4. Chargers would miss an XP to keep the game unnecessarily in reach 😂
  5. That was an insane catch by Knox! I thought that was about to sail past him, then the dude just spins around & grows 5 feet, then somehow lands in bounds... Now if only he caught simple passes, he'd be a superstar!
  6. Exactly. Not surprising, and Bills tickets will likely still be cheaper than elsewhere in the league. PSL's are a weird concept in general (paying for the right to buy a ticket), but if I recall, the Rams put a decent spin on their's that made them actually semi-valuable. I cannot remember for the life of me what that was, and it could be it's the exact opposite (maybe it was way worse than your usual PSL's), but I thought it was an improvement. Either way, can't be bothered to Google it right now. I'm on my last hour & a half at work & feeling burnt out.
  7. THEN YOU'RE USELESS TO ME! What good is being an "insider" if you can't drop anonymous info nuggets to the rest of us outsiders?! That's like inviting us regular folk to Area 51, but only if we wear earplugs & are double-blindfolded! It's people like you that make me.............................want to be a person like you 🤣 You know, just so I can rub it in others' faces.
  8. I don't get how the infrastructure in OP is any better. It's like a stadium dropped in the back of a neighborhood that happens to have some roads converge into a parking lot nearby. The city has to have more entry & exit points than that.
  9. Only until they say some s*** about Allen again. Once that happens, all bets are off!
  10. Doctors recommend women who are pregnant to get the jab even more so. I'm confused if you're implying it's more risky for them or not. If I misread that, disregard For football, no. But is it "necessary or wise to vaccinate yourself" for about a hundred other far more important reasons, regardless of if you have previously had COVID? Absolutely. But it's your choice so you do you!
  11. Are there any good articles discussing what they told AJ they wanted & how he wanted to rebuild him? For whatever reason I just don't remember much talk about it, but you can clearly see how drastically he changed from a physical standpoint. The guy went from just looking like a typical large defensive linemen, standing at 6-6 & 280 lbs, to now looking like he could be DB (a tall one) on the field. Seeing him face to face against those much larger linemen makes him look super small, like he couldn't possibly challenge them, but then you see him win matchups not only using his speed, but also through straight power moves. It's impressive.
  12. Actually impressed with Epenesa. Whether he's getting the actual sack or not, guy is disrupting the pocket & making his presence felt. Another thing of note is Star having an impact. The D played well in week 1, but week 2's defense looked like that top-5 D we had prior to last year. I know I've had my doubts about Star's commitment, but we just look better when he's playing.
  13. Too soon! Aaron Hernandez was my dad's, friend's, cousin's, son's, half-brother's, other friend's, ex-girlfriend's, dog's name!
  14. My top 5: 1. Tony Gonzales (one of my favorite players ever) 2. Antonio Gates 3. Rob Gronkowski 4. Jason Witten 5. Shannon Sharpe I know I'm missing the oldies like Newsome & Winslow, but I just think these guys are the best to ever do it. Olsen & Ertz could be on a top 10-20 list, and guys like Kelce & George Kittle could certainly be on there when their careers are done. I just didn't see as much of the older greats, but the 1990's - current TE's have been some of the best athletes in the entire NFL.
  15. True. One of the things I used to be worried about with Josh was that no matter the pressure or what the defense was showing, he was rarely ready to get rid of the ball after his drop back. He got way better last year, but thrive the first 2 games this year he's struggling again. I just want to see him be able to get rid of it faster or just be ready to get rid of it quickly if need be. That and hitting the quick screens in the flats a bit better. They either take too long, or they're thrown to where the receiver needs to turn around/leave their feet to catch it, taking up valuable time. I think he'll be OK, but improving this 2 things will help a ton
  16. I think Buffalo is still getting a huge benefit of the doubt from last year's performance, as 9.5 point favorites against a pretty good Washington team seems like too much. Not saying they won't win, but -9.5 favorites is only behind the Broncos -11 over the Jets. The Jets being favored to lose badly is understandable, but Washington isn't a bad team.
  17. Again, Allen is never ready to release the ball after dropping back, regardless of pressure... and again, throwing off his back foot. I'm sorry, but it does have me concerned
  18. How are you not worried? Ever since the Ravens game in the playoffs, he's looked pedestrian at best. I love the guy, but he looks completely lost.
  19. Aside from the dumb recent penalties, I think when you see the film breakdown or rewatch the game that the O-line has done their job pretty well. Allen is doing what he did in 2018-2019 where he almost never is ready to release the ball after his drop back. He's not seeing the field or making decisions quick enough, and then starts feeling pressure before it gets there & ends up actually moving INTO the pressure quicker.
  20. Last year's Allen would've hit Diggs on that pass... And waaaay too many throws being chunked off his backfoot. This is just upsetting.
  21. And this is why EXECUTION matters, and why the play calling has been reserved. Allen isn't showing the ability to make the plays he made last year. 3 straight runs would've been preferable to thinking he was magically going to put it together with 40 seconds left before half.
  22. Play calling reflects on-field execution. I don't see how people don't understand this. Daboll didn't go from genius to idiot overnight. When your QB is playing shaky & just turned it over on yet another awful drive, you don't start slinging it again & risk giving Miami an easy chance to score before halftime.... especially not when your defense has stopped them thus far. The win is more important than filling the stat sheet.
  23. Even the play calling has resorted back to 2018-2019. They're not comfortable in Allen being able to piece it together at the moment.
  24. He'd have to grow 5 feet to even have a chance at that pass considering how poorly thrown it was...
