    Day 3 I could see Buffalo drafting a back to add depth and play teams. He is one I would target.

    Having Hunt Hill Kelcle and Ried wasnt Ivory Jones and Clay. Mahomes would have faced a similar road that Allen had.

    Both Safeties are in their 30’s. Poyer coming off multiple injuries and Hyde is coming back from a spinal injury. He fits our style of play from the position. I could see more 3 saftey and big nickel with Rapp on the roster.

    Agreed. In the spring work on sliding and getting out of bounds. Have Allen play his game during the season. Leave Allen rushing for 50 plus yards for the playoffs.

    He is going to scramble. Have him look for yards than get down or out of bounds. He is telling Dorsey no more Allen power right in September.

    I think LB is a need a but not a necessity. Get more multiple on defense. Milano and Edmunds we both too good to take off the field. Nickel was the best guys playing but it also made them predictable. They put on tape every wrinkle they could come up with. Using more dime, more 4-3 I think will actually make the defense better.

    They fell into some FAs that turned out to be leaders of the franchise. Hyde and Poyer feel like home grown guys but were bargin FAs who became stars. Overall, Beane’s drafts are becoming questionable but his ability to find lower FAs has offset the depth.

    Find a 10 to 15 year player at OT I would be all for. Protect Allen. Maybe Brown is better at LT. Either way move him to swing/Jumbo Te. Not flashy but I would like it.

    For a #2 he is middle of the NFL. He isnt the best but good. His negative is his catch rate. I feel like that is due to his usage as a deep threat. Use him more as a big slot I feel would improve his production. Doing that would require having someone capable of playing outside.

    Linebaker feels like a probable move. Dont love it but is the largest need.

    Edge, OT, Wr, Dr, Safety, Mike in rd 1. Seems like baker would be reach. Dont want a guy for the sake of drafting one. Get 1 late day 2 day 3. I look at baker similar to rb. Buffalo being more multiple on defense is also something I like.

    Based off the levers in his contract does Hopkins want a raise? Converting his 19.5 to 4.5 is very doable.

    There was not this drawn out will they wont they trade for him. I was on here. No threads were made until reports of Buffalo finalizing a trade for diggs.

    The current Bills FO has 0 leaks. The players they are “in” on never sign. They big deals come out of no where. They want to make the deal they make. They dont? They move along. Maybe Buffalo offered something Arizona turned down and Hopkins is leveraging it to get a deal done somewhere else? I doubt it happens at this point.

    Depends on how much he wants. Same goes for Zeek. Dont need to go wild for a situational back. Yes, I think Hunt is a solid all purpose back. Damian Harris seemed to have his best games against us I think he would be cheaper and a good compliment to Hines and Cook.

    Big disagree. Buffalos terrible offense was still 5th. Sky is fallin…. Biggest addition in 23 is having a whole year of Hyde, White and hopefully Miller. Those guys being healthy will make a greater impact than any inflated FA you are bitter Buffalo disnt sign. Working on the bottom of the 53 makes the team better when bringing in the draft class.

    When I watched the Dolphins he made plays. He is an upgrade to the bottom of the wr room. Good blocker, good special teamer, and more importantly can contribute on offense. Using Sherfield as a big slot Buffalo can use some of the exotic Shannahan run game.

    Give me Neal and not bring back Jones. If Neal is released Jones will eat up most of the cap saving. Maybe extend him lower his cap hit? Maybe Mcdermott becomes more multiple without Edmunds? More dime on 3rd and long. Felt our go to nickel looks were getting predictable. Either way I think Neal stays or we resign Jones.

    You cant have 30 mil a year tied to off ball linebackers. I like Edmunds but it was Milano or Edmunds. Milano is cheap and makes bigger plays.

    Foreman, Harris or D Ernest Johnson? Cheap between the tackles guy.

    Fill all holes with decent starting options. Draft the best players without position restrictions.
