There was doubt of their availablility all week. Both of them traveling I have no doubt they play. Down the stretch the linebacker playing well can make the defense go from complimentary to dominate.

If Dodson and Milano travel they both play. Having the top 4 backers vs SF is big. I expect alot of 4-3 over looks. Possibly Edmunds on the line. Buffalo stops the run they win big.

The first month was like preseason. With Edmunds and Milano out the had to go more basic. Overall, I think Buffalo is about to turn the corner. Combine the running game with explosive plays on offense, and the return of the Mcdermott defense of years past. I think Buffalo is going to play its best football down the stretch and make a playoff run.

After years of losing seasons, it seems to me many here are looking for a perfect game. In those years, those games were the only times Buffalo won. Buffalo wins and some are like how? Only good teams win going away while losing the turn over battle. The optimistic view is Buffalo has their best football infront of them. Buffalo has taken the whole season figuring out the best oline group and finding the best dline rotation. The defense is playing better. The run game is coming around. Buffalo cant throw 45 times every game and win the Super Bowl. If they can pair a compatent run game with the explosive aspects of the passing that plays in any atmosphere. The defense keeps disrupting passers and causing turnovers thats winning football. Heres hoping the best games are the last ones of the season. Those matter most. Buffalo doesnt have to beat Kc weeks 1 thru 17, just once in January or Feburary.

They need to scheme the cut back lane with teams over committing on the outside.

I really dont like Louis Riddick. He is a NE homer, all over them and Miami. I find the team should be doing college games on espn or abc at 330.

If the defense makes a play thats a toss up. If Bass played more consistent thats a toss up game. If you keep KC in the 20s thats a game you want. That was a bold strategy, 9 times out of 10 Ried doesnt stay with the run.. He did. 1 possession game when Allen was a little off was actually a good gameplan.

They are 1 dimensional. Mcdermott and the defense will be ready to face Shannahans run game. Key is limit run after the catch and long runs. If Allen and the offense can jump out to an early lead that will make the game much easier.

Singeltary is the Bills best Rb. He makes the most plays and consistently hits holes when there. Not super flashy but dont need him to be. Moss is a good change up and short yardage. I am beginning to loath the Qb designed run. Allen is going to get hurt on one of these things.

You gotta get wins. Mcdermott shipped off " stars" had his "process". But ultimatley they won enough games to make the playoffs. After that his year with Allen was rough but he had his foundation. Most of these Ne guys have this grand culture they permiate but dont win. You need to win or the message is hallow.

I doubt he plays. First week of practice in 6 weeks? Hes an important peice for them. I think the front office steps in before they have him play after 3 days of practice.

Id claim him. Similar offense to Houston. His career to this point isnt much differant than Browns prior to Buffalo. I doubt he makes it to us but weird things have happened.

I dont know the ability of either. I havent watched the play of Winters to determine who is better. I take most oline reviews with grains of salt. I would solidify the left side of the line and ceate a area of strength to run behind. Im curious to see what combo they roll with.

I feel like this and moving Ford to IR brings some clearity to Oline group. Obviously, they like Ford and seemed they were leaving a spot open for him to slide back into. Before the bye idk how back Mango really was. Center is a less demanding posistion physically than guard is. Morse being injured allowed for Feliciano to work his back in shape. Now play Morse at Center and plug Feliciano in either guard spot. I would pair him with Dawkins. Allens blindside and create a strong run blocking combo.

I kind of throw out the Tennesse game late notice and played on Tuesday. Even with the dropped pass Int Allen didnt play horrible. With poor weather it is what it is. Allen will be good for making some plays. In those conditions a pass heavy approach is very limiting. Those games are where you need balance and put pressure on the opposing team to score. With Brown out it makes the passing game more easily defendable and the offense needs another player to step up. After the bye maybe Davis is ready maybe Singeltary or Moss step up and become a playmaker.

They never drafted a pass catcher in the first rd in Aaron Rodgers time in GB. Dont believe they have traded for 1 either. Lazard? Valdes Scantlin? Outside of Adams there isnt much. The run defense was terrible and they didnt really do anything to correct that either. Having Farve and Rodgers for what 30 years? And you have 2 championships is a failure on the organization.

The strength of schedule is tough imo. Its not comparing LSU and AL vs Mich and OSU. I would put a game or so difference as variance but not much. Majority of the league leaders have played 3-4 teams with winning records and won 1 to 2 of those games. Playing 7 winning 4 pretty much laps the feild. By seasons end it will be 8 to 9 games. That resume goes up against any team not in Missouri. Allen and an attacking defense will be a problem for any team in January.

I see Rb, Defense, Te as needs not in any order. I think they could add a first rd player at any level of defense. Im looking at this from a first rd perspective. I think Etinne or Harris would be in play late first rd. Would have good value. Possibly, the kid from Fl or Ferimuth could be in discussion too.

I understand what you are saying. But comparing records and other statistics are not equally weighed. Buffalo is the only team to have 4 wins over teams with a winning record. Buffalo has also played more winning teams than any other division leader 7. Ten is closest with 5. The points for and against is close. They had the Jets twice thats it. The only other team they played with a losing record today is NE. Buffalo is playing top 10 offense. Against, the very best in the NFL the defense is average. So is every defense in the NFL vs good teams. Buffalo dropped 35 on the LAR top defense, GB just put up 31 on Ind another top defense. Buffalos worst game came at 5 pm on a Monday. 24 hours before they were still preparing for the defending Superbowl champs they may play in 4 days. Buffalo will face 9 maybe 10 teams that finish with winning records this season. Buffalo looks to be headed for a 10 plus win season. To say if they make it in as even a wildcard they are not a contender is wild in my eyes.
