I feel like some young players need to step up. Guys that can play on 1st 2nd and 3rd down need to take spots from core special teamers. Williams taking Jones spot on special teams. Not the same position on teams but can contribute. Basham and Ogada playing on teams makes Johnson less imprortant. Tyrell Adams beating out Mykervich (sp). The roster is deep. The bottom players becoming viable options/projects for the offense and defense is how the team improves. I feel like Buffalo has moved past winning the fringes. Buffalo has a chance to dominate. I dont want a dumpster fire on teams but a slight net loss for teams but a positve impact to defense or offense will be better.

I thought it was the opposite. Team captin, johnny on the spot with turnovers. More smarts than atheltism. Big time program captins dont last til the end of day 3 if they are also athltic freaks.

I understand that idea. Im pretty much done with multiple Teams only players making the roster. Also, De is a premier position. After how last season ended Im not ok with a De on the roster if he cant rush the passer. Johnson has the measurables but doesnt get to the Qb.

Hughes, Addison, Epinesa, Rousseau, Basham and Obga are all better on defense. Are you keeping 7 des? Do you keep Johnson over Addison? I think its a numbers game.

Knox is just too inconsistant a pass catcher. His athletism is good but needs to start producing. Wont be surprised if Hollister starts. I expect alot of 10 personal. Kumerow or Davis attack the seem as a big slot.

Allen is the differance in making the palyoffs or winning the whole thing. On his best day Buffalo can beat anyone. Cheifs included.

Whats the economic impact of losing the Bills. Honestly, the Pegulas have a perfect storm. The Bills are really good. The stadium situation is limited the home primetime slate. Will they pay something sure. Wont be less than half. Wont get half not going hard from the start.

We did. They fumbled a punt and we scored a TD. Teams wins you games in Sept, Oct, Nov. It can lose you games in Dec and January. Buffalo has too many core teamers that dont contribute on the other 3 downs. Kumerow looks like a decent reciever but also good not elite on teams. For Buffalo to get better they need guys with real potential on offense and defense play well enough on special teams to move on from the core special teamers. By this I mean Twain Jones, Tyler Myklevic, and Darrel Johnson.

I think Kumerow is the best pro right now. Offers the most on teams. With preseason lets see what Hodgins and Stevenson add. I know Stevenson is slotted in for return man but maybe he can play gunner. Ironiclly, I find the most important part of the preseason will be special teams. You have the core guys but really one of these young guys needs to make an impact to make the team. I think Christian Wade should be a guy to watch as thats his path onto the team.

Why wouldnt they ask for all of it? Didnt the state give Brandon 150 mil to upgrade the stadium 10 years ago or so? 1.5 bil is alot but the cost of doing business.

Stevenson and Hodgins to PS imo. Kumerow takes Jones places on teams. When called upon can contribute on offense. Hodgins and Stevenson are long shots.

Williams needs to make an impact on teams in preseason. He doesnt need to be an all pro but he does need to be solid. Terrell Davis doesnt become TD without playing special teams early in his career.

Perfect world. He is the return guy. I think he gets more looks in the slot. There are some matchups where he creates a tougher matchup over beasley. His ability to stretch teams horizantaly and verticaly from the slot is a problem. Him winning the return job opens a spot on the roster for another wr.

Reminds me of the issues the front office had in Buffalo for a decade. Coaches change, players change, the team is still the same. They cant get it right with Adams their only premier player. They eventually trade him. New regime now same position and the same thing wiith Maye. Draft a qb in the top 5 and worried about offset language? So when they ruin another qb they can skip out on his last year of his contract when he is on another team?

Buffalo had a top 5 offense. I expect the same or better. With or without Beasley. Tampa has vets, Buffalo has alot of younger guys who can still improve. Tought cap year, bringing everyone back with Sanders is a good offseason.

Joined a team without an offseason. Still led league in catches and yards. I think Diggs has an even better year this year.

I think wr is deep enough they dont need a te to be featured. Yes, it all falls on Allen. I think hes a top 3 qb. The parts are important but Allen is going to get the ball where it needs to and the guys catching will have big years beecause of it.
