Knox not having usage in college or high school makes that a skill he may never have. Not many Te's though have it. I feel the guys I listed are better in that area but are not elite.

No. Il recommend going back and listening or watch Chris Simms unbotton podcast when the trade happened. He thought it was a perfect fit with Dabol and Allen. He said Diggs will come in and do all the edleman/ welker stuff underneath. Simms said he was an elite route runner and understands why he was frustrated with Minnesota because they were not using him right. If you take that away he is also one of the best deep threats in the league. After listening to Simms for a few years, dating back to bleacher report, the majority of media do not watch games. They all go with the same narrative. One person says something everyone goes with it. Too many games most people dont watch enough to form their own opinion and it shows. Buffalo doesnt need to lead the league in rushing. They do need to run when they need to. Last 7 minutes vs Pitts is huge. That wins. Establishing the run is a mis nomer. I think Thomas' production in Buffalo would be similar to Knox. I dont think you could excpect no more than 4-5 targets a game. I think vs Pitts Thomas was around 12. An earlier poster had a draft breakdown of Knox. Basically, he had the upside of an average starter on a playoff team. That raised the question dont bad teams want good players etc. The differance in target share is why. The football team has a lack of offensive talent. Thomas is getting usage he would not get elsewhere. Knox is 22 or 23? Thomas is 30? Who do you want going forward?

Kc was game plan. Tennesee ran well once the game was in hand. Cardinals was due to Kyler Murray. I get they are looking at the positive to win. This is why Edmunds is going to be great. The defense goes as he goes. Obviously, he played hurt the majority of the year. Against SF he stepped up and shut down the middle. At 22 standing in a room of men he spoke and and im sure everyone listened. That is pretty incredible.

Here comes the point where Buffalo MUST pay for players up front. Allen is the franchise and they need him protected. Felicano and Williams are a severly higher priority than Milano imo. The linebaker not making calls is a prettt easily replaced position imo. Milano is a good player dont get me wrong. Buffalo is starring down a barrel of a 175 to 200 mil contract. Sacrifices are coming. I wouldnt over pay for any of them. They are good players and I wouldnt pay them as great.

The steelers matchup poorly vs our offense imo. Yes, Watt will get a sack or 2 but there is 0 reason to be scared of their pass defense. They played trash Qbs or horrid olines all season. Buffalo is favored for a reason. Pittsburgh would need a complete turn around on offense to score enough to beat us. Only reason I think about slowing down and running more is if the weather is bad.

He is league average when pressured. He is the best at evading pressure, and when not pressured is top of the league. No differant than any qb in the history of football. If they are ON. The only way to stop them is pressure them. Buffalo fans welcome to what its like having a good qb. Its a weird season. With the unretiring of Gronk, dead cap of Brady NE had no money this offseason. The opt outs were all defensive leaders but older, so Bill was able to evalute his young depth on defense. They have major problems in their front 7, the secondary is solid and has the depth imo they can move on from Gilmore. Overall, the Patriots have the most cap space. If they move Gilmore they may be able to secure a top 10 pick, or create a package for a qb pick. Im not writing NE off yet. Now with all that money and flexibilty can they land a qb. Bill will have to go against his principles and over pay for one from a money stand point or draft capital stand point. Buffalo following Kelly and crew made alot of good decisions, hit on alot of impact players, but those were all undone by never finding a franchise Qb. Can NE do what many franchise cant, find a franchise Qb after landing a Hall of fame one.
