  1. The "classic" NFL music makes me want to jump through a table or maybe better... play King of the Hill! I digress...
  2. Former high pick with a chip... Zone guy in a zone defense. I bet he sticks as depth, and has a solid season in rotation. I like this signing. McD knows DB's and seems to get the most out of these types of guys. +1
  3. Dawson Knox is not good. -> Dawson might have potential -> Dawson is not good, he cant catch, block or run routes. Full circle evolution. Likeable guy, has had a few moments but... Not everyone is, or can be good or great. High hopes for Kincaid though. Paraphrasing Bill Belicheck: If were talking about his ability to catch the ball, (a wr) thats a problem.
  4. Man...I was such a big Favre fan in the day, it's sad to see what he's done with his life. I hope justice prevails and he leaves the public consciousness for the forseeable future.
  5. Pretty excited about this one. I know he's a "run stopper" but he get's pretty good penetration too. I also like Daquan, feeling pretty good about the 1T. I'm a Jordan P. fan but it was tough watching him down the stretch last year with that gimp arm. If we have to make room somewhere I think I keep Oliver & Settle over Jordan at 3T @ this point. Availability and upside and all.
  6. He's been pretty instrumental in helping to keep the Bills in Buffalo and getting the new stadium plans in motion. Think what you will of that, but I'm happy for both.
  7. He catches alot of stuff underneath. With Shorter and Kincaid I expect alot more checkdowns this year. I suspect our offense will have a very different look and feel this year.
  8. Can we call the new double TE set the with Dawson and Dalton the "Big D!(k" package . Sorry, I couldn't resist.
  9. Was this a thing, or a rumored thing? Any credibility to this? I typically try to avoid following this stuff, but the night before the game? Ugh...
  10. Well, he's in the timeline for a new contract extension. I'd wager he'll work on this and some serious guarantee's before pulling the plug on his football career. 2 cents
  11. I've been enjoying all the Ravens drama personally. Allowing Lamar to hold the franchise hostage with his ridiculous contract demands and now grossly overpaying for OBJ is pretty comical. Lamar has left soo much money on the table by not getting a new deal after 3 years, and now he's screwing up the teams ability to reload for the future by holding them hostage in this negotiation. Now they make this desperate overreach for OBJ. The only thing I would find funnier than all of this is if they were to reach and overpay for Zeke.
  12. It's been covered @ length on Sports Radio. If the Packers wait til after June 1st to trade him they take less of a cap hit. The Jets feel the longer they wait, especially after the draft, the more the market dries up for the Packers to trade and hence lowers what they can receive in trade for him. Rodgers is basicly playing for the Jets or no one and everyone knows it. Plus he already knows Hacketts system. The alternative here being they cut him and get nothing and a dead money cap hit and he still signs with the Jets.
  13. I thought Shaq played well last year, especially as the season went on. He's a solid run defender. He's not gonna put up the big sack totals but, he sets the edge as well as anyone. +1 I like JP alot when healthy too, he definitely brings the juice. Hopefully he can stay healthy when we need him most.
  14. Im not sure this stat means a whole lot for all reasons already listed. I think maybe it does show that Beane is not infallable. He has hits and misses. As for Shakir he deserved more time simply because McKenzie should never have been out there, ever... I digress. I like Shakir and his potential and am rooting for him but hes a check down guy at this point. He has not shown any significant ability to get seperation yet. Sure he can sit in a soft zone as the 3rd checkdown, but I wonder how that would change if we had to rely on him as an every down slot guy. He'll be rotational again this year too. Go Bills!
  15. I never understood the hate for motor. Not everyone is going to be elite, but I thought he was a solid football player and likeable guy. Can't expect him to block DL's or LB's but I thought he did well in protection and was pretty elusive. His career stats say he can play ball. Get that money motor!
  16. I think the only question people on this board have; Is he going to be better than Isiah Hodgins would have been as a Bill this year?
  17. I'm not a cap wizard, but Id roll the dice on OBJ for 5+per. I'd offer him 3 years if he worked out well. 3 years... 25mil? Maybe some incentives or escalators. Guarantee like 10 of it with a way out after a year....something like that? Point being I would offer more than 3 years or much more than that neighborhood in total compensation. Id roll the dice though.
  18. The point isn't whether it's true or not, the point is some people just don't know when to keep their mouth shut, or make a polite non-statement, or heaven forbid throw your support behind the guy that kept your career alive. He really embodies this generation though; Me, me, me, I'm the victim here, you're all lessers, I'm the greatest, I owe thanks or humility to no one, oh an btw %^$&^%.
  19. The business side of football is cold for sure, but no one should feel sad for him. He's earned significant money and participated where most people can only dream of playing. Like the person, but glad to see the Bills move on. I'll still visit his restaurant if I make it down that way. 😋 Pretty epic burn if only it was meant to be. Isiah: Your Move BBB. Beane: Your cut. 🤐
  20. In years past, payers like this would have left for less money than the Bills offered. Now we have players realizing their market value is soft and choosing to stay with a winning franchise. This is good and says the guys still feel close to winning.
  21. Dood is a beast and has been the heart and soul of this D since arrival. Welcome back Po!
  22. This is a stretch. He was good no question. He did not have a Hall of Fame Career, not even close.
