  1. Getting a 1st rd pick for him at this point would be highway robbery. If that's on the table we should take it and not look back. He's on the wrong side of his career and won't find a team with a better QB. All the best teams know when it's time to move on from these types of players. It's time, if the deal is there, jump on it.
  2. Pretty earth shattering news. Would feel more significant to us if he was in the AFC though. One of the best, if the not THE best interior OL. What a monster, he was fun to watch and good for the NFL. o/
  3. Obviously I'm hoping Beane can land an Odunze, Legette, Mitchell or Franklin in the draft. I guess, thats really where my hopes are. Again, no qualms with this signing, he's solid and very game. We're still missing a size element imho.
  4. Here's to hoping that we do! 🤞
  5. Good news! He's certainly a gamer, just wish we weren't so enamored with small WR's. With Diggs, Shakir and Samuel, at least half our WR room will be 6ft or under. No complaints with the signing just hoping for more size moving forward.
  6. I was about to say I didn't hate Dane, then I saw the contract and Holy $#!%! That's insane!
  7. IDK I saw Taylor Lewan talking about how Henry does not like the zone block scheme, and likes the RPO even less. He wants to keep his shoulders square to the line and run down hill. He mentioned that the Ravens do both and he wasn't sure its a great fit for him. He mentioned Dallas would have been a better fit. I also believe he needs to dominate the ball to get cooking, I think it'll be interesting to see how this works out. I'm not sure it will pan out as great as they hope, age, scheme, new team etc...
  8. I'm perplexed at all the Daquan haters... have you not watched the tape? He's been an absolute beast when he's on the field. Seems we got him at a reasonable cost and for the right length of time. This is a good signing. https://youtu.be/A9C4IvPD7eg?si=DaMSBCauuvk0lklo https://www.youtube.com/live/KclB_PgRpqg?si=mHStd0pIeOgENLps
  9. I liked motor alot but, ouch... from Saquon to Singletary. Gonna be alot of unhappy Giants fans.
  10. You still need depth. I like Daquan think he's played well and would like to hang onto him. Idk what his asking price or market demand is though.
  11. I'm no cap wizard and I've seen it covered different ways, but this sounds good.
  12. We certainly don't need to pay 18m for safety. I trust McD can get the most out of a lesser signing and make the most of it.
  13. IDK I'd like to hang onto Daquan. McDermott has always had a stable of vet DL guys to rotate, Id like to think we could find a way to keep him in the mix. I hope they do.
  14. He'll be CB3 or CB4 until his rookie deal runs out, or (not likely) someone offers something for him (also not likely to get fair value). After that, he wont get 5th yr optioned or tagged and will move on somewhere else.
  15. "Up to" and for 3 years is good. I'm less critical of him than others, flags are dumb yes, but he brings a toughness I appreciate. I like it for less than 5m per.
  16. QB2 isn't gonna win us a championship, if JA17 goes down so do our chances of winning it. That said, providing its a low end deal, he can come in and manage a game or two in a pinch. I don't hate this, and drafting someone here, now that won't get an opportunity to grow doesn't make a ton of sense. We need to use those picks elsewhere and keep/play them. This makes sense.
  17. Idk, it's kinda sad the way Tre's time ended here. At least we got the best and/or most out of Mitch and Jordan, I feel like Tre was peaking and got the double gut punch. Tre also brought a joy to the team and game that was evident from the other side of the screen, I'll miss that from him. I want the Bills to win as badly as the next guy, but I also want to do it with players that I like and are easy to root for. I'm a process guy and like high character individuals, all three will be missed.
  18. Wow... I thought he'd be one they tried to hold onto. Sad, but probably best for the Bills moving forward. This one hurts...
  19. Easy and necessary decision here.
  20. BBB playing 3D chess here. I like it ... the more I think about it, the more I like it.
  21. I didn't see this coming, especially not after moving Bates.
  22. When you're wrong and resort to name calling, moving on does seem best. (should have said personal attacks)
  23. It's been a 5 year growing trend, but even before that the winners still had Top O's. Since the advent of fantasy football there's nothing that will change this trend moving forward. This is what the league wants, they've made every effort to emphasize the offense and minimize defenders ability. Just look @ scoring over the last decade compared to prior years. It's a trend that isn't changing any time soon. O > D in the modern NFL.
