I'm rooting for the Jets tonight as I feel confident in their eventual implosion. The Browns could theoretically put it together, and I feel a loss tonight lessens the chances of that significantly.
Plus, we want Gase to stick around.
I remember seeing this live and I was pissed about the lack of roughing the passer penalty when we had been flagged for a low hit on the QB earlier in the game. Isn't the one ref's only job to watch the QB?
If he knew he had a free play I LOVE the decision. We see elite QBs do this against us all the time (usually Offside) but I can't remember the last time I saw a Bills QB take advantage.
The likelihood of the flag being picked up goes down tenfold when not playing the Pats*.
I think Harlan does radio as well, so some of the excitement might be from the need to paint a picture with only the audio for the listener. I'll take him any day over Joe "monotone" Buck any day.
edit: on this video posted in another thread it doesn't seem like he was all that excited about the 4th sack: https://www.buffalobills.com/video/every-bills-sack-against-sam-darnold-week-1
