    While I would personally never spend $17m/yr on a RB, Bell is absolutely irreplaceable and a unique talent. No committee of RB2s would be as good.

    Well, getting a QB who can both see his receivers and not throw 5 picks in a half would be a start. That and getting a quality pass rusher and RT.
