  1. I can't imagine his market value is very high at this point anyway. He put in a lot of good years with the Bills but it's time to move on and hope Groot lives up to his billing opposite Miller.
  2. CB all the way
  3. Disgruntlement level...rising...
  4. I expect it to be somewhere in the 23-25m/yr range
  5. Fitz curse is real, don't do it. Love the guy though.
  6. Bring him back on a 1 year deal so he plays out of his mind in a contract year again.
  7. I'll always remember him for forcing that fumble to seal it against NE. Just like how I always remember Arthur Moats for ending Favre's career. Moats did have a long career with Pittsburgh after he was with the Bills, hopefully Zimmer latches on somewhere, he seems like a good guy. Or we bring him back for dirt cheap.
  8. I thought we had moved past being viewed as Siberia by free agents, but today is definitely not making me feel that way.
  9. I'm ashamed to admit I actually found his Progressive commercials pretty funny. He's not bad and should get another shot somewhere but I don't think he'll ever be a franchise QB, more like Bridgewater 2.0.
  10. Maybe Levi got tired of the Bills trying to replace him every offseason and decided to move to greener pastures? I won't miss his mandatory PI per game but he was decent enough, especially if he could be had for only $4m/yr.
  11. A $40 million cap hit for a DT!? I would rather have them sign Jones as a FA than trade a bunch for Cox, personally.
  12. Wagner would be an unbelievable boost to our D. The question is, is his first priority getting paid or trying to chase another ring? He already has one so money might be the big motivator and I don't know if Beane is going to back up the Brinks truck for a LB in his 30s, even if he's probably going in the HOF. I have no actual evidence to support this but I still believe JJ Watt didn't sign here because we lowballed him and I'm worried the same thing will happen again.
  13. The 2021 Bills absolutely ethered bad teams but repeatedly came up short against good ones that could compete at the track meet. Ending up as the second coming of the Andrew Luck-era Colts would not be good, the D has to show up too.
  14. Gronk's attempted murder of Tre white is an unforgivable sin. But at the same time he's both the GOAT TE and Buffalo's prodigal son. As long as Tre is ok with it and Gronk is finally over the Bills drafting Torell Troup instead of him he would be a huge addition.
  15. Out of those six contracts, only Allen and Mahomes have worked out. Tannehill ended up on another team (where he finally became good with an actually talented team around him), Goff and Wentz blew up in their teams' faces, and Watson is sitting on his couch. Where if he's lucky he'll stay. So I wouldn't be in any big hurry to load up the books with a mega deal for a QB who bombed out of the playoffs. Doing a deal before the 4th year is a sign that you really, truly, absolutely have faith in your franchise QB. And the Cardinals obviously don't, especially after this stunt.
  16. The Fitz curse is real, sadly. Definitely give me Ogbah though.
  17. Crazy that the next 4 QBs after Rodgers are all 26 and under and all in the AFC. I imagine Lamar isn't far behind either. The AFC playoffs are going to be must-see TV for the next 10 years. This is assuming the Chargers don't do something braindead like call timeouts to irritate the Raiders enough that they don't settle for the tie again, anyway.
  18. This is neither here nor there, but who did we have starting at guard when we played the Rams last year? Feliciano and Ford? I just remember Allen got blown up and injured on a sack by Donald.
  19. Brown is the only one who looks like he can be a long-term starter if he can keep up his play from the latter part of the season. Groot looked good early but fell off the face of the earth after the regular season chiefs game. The others might as well not exist, or can actively hurt the team like Stevenson running into his own blockers. Now, if a good team can find a potentinal long-term starter at a position of need (OL) in the draft that's pretty good. But Beane seems like he really needs to change how he evaluates D-linemen in the draft because the investment has been absolutely immense but an ancient Jerry Hughes is still our best D-lineman. And to think, Hughes used to be our worst D-lineman when Schwartz was DC.
  20. Why would anyone ever go to a Pizza Hut in Buffalo when they can go to La Nova or Bocce or one of the other two dozen great pizzarias? I can't imagine there are all that many transplants here who want chain pizza for a taste of "home". Most transplants we have here are from NYC who would also presumably not like Pizza Hut.
  21. I have to believe Bezos buys them. Even from a geographical perspective they would be the 2nd best choice for him after the Seahawks (who aren't for sale). You know Goodell wants nothing more than to have Bezos's money in his corner.
  22. Another D-Lineman. And it's still the biggest position of need.
