I guess the definition of 'hole' has become more severe over the years. In my mind, Colin Brown, Cyril Richardson, TJ Graham, Kelvin Sheppard, Chris Williams, Erik Pears (as a Guard) .... now those guys were holes. In fact, Brown and Richardson were enormous pits of doom. We certainly need to get better in the mentioned positions, but QB is the big one, followed by LBs(need several).

They need to get a real QB coach (preferably a former QB) and give him a locker right next to the three of them. Three young guys with virtually no experience will need a lot of direction.

Peterman started two games, not one. One was as bad as bad can be, but the other was pretty good football under horrible conditions. We still need a vet, for sure, but just remember that Peterman started two games.

He seemed to play pretty well in the game vs Indy. Had a 100.8 NFL rating for that game, along with an ESPN QBR rating of 84.6. I haven't given up on the guy and I am reasonably confident he'll be on the team next year.

This makes sense BLM. Hard to say if he'll be the mentor that Bills fans seem to crave (mentor), but the good news is that he threw 8 passes last year, so he should have a live arm. If he teaches the 2 other qb's how to prepare, that would be fine.
