  1. Good stuff. That's the kind of guy that McDermott wants. Passion for the game.
  2. It would take me a better part of a day just to type all of this. So far, I like picking up DT Daquan Jones. Not so sure about White that early. If Orlando Brown doesn't beat Mills, let me be the 1st to call 'bust'. :-)
  3. I think we're supposed to complete the sentence. First word is 'With ..." "With a dexterous twist of his muscular wrist ...."
  4. Need to trade up this year. Working with 2 #1's may be the most bullets we'll have for years. I really do believe McDermott will continue to process the **** out of even a mediocre team and keep us in the 15-20 range forever. Need to go for our QB now, not later.
  5. I'd be ok with that. If we have to bite the bullet, this is the year.
  6. I think Glenn & Taylor will be gone and they are the majority of the savings. Beyond that, he'll keep his eyes open.
  7. Anyone but Taylor. Anyone but Taylor. Anyone but Taylor. Anyone but Taylor. Anyone but Taylor. Please
  8. Smith, if available. I'm not all that sure that Reid will let him go anyway. He may decide to have him start the 1st half or more, then ease Mahomes in the last 1/2 of the year. Definitely interesting that according to espn's take on KC's roster, Smith is already gone: http://www.espn.com/nfl/team/roster/_/name/kc/kansas-city-chiefs
  9. From what I read, he's in a lot of pain from a variety of injuries during his playing days. Tough for him to stand up. I think he did pretty well given that particular group.
  10. Uh oh. Bills have suddenly become a breeding ground for top flight FO talent. Beane better start telling teams, "Sure you can interview our guys, but if you hire him, I'll need a couple draft picks."
  11. I thought this was a pretty interesting article about Gettleman, mostly because it may give us a clue as to how Beane & McDermott will set up their board. https://nypost.com/2018/01/20/dave-gettleman-is-changing-everything-about-the-giants-draft-process/ "Under Reese and Ross, the Giants were often drawn to height-weight-speed prospects who too frequently went bust rather than boom. It is believed Gettleman will bring the emphasis back to production on the field — stressing passion, desire and mechanics rather than raw talent."
  12. If Joe Thomas retires and/or Gettleman cuts Ereck Flowers loose, the pieces may fall into place for moving Glenn, gaining some cap space and also getting some draft capital.
  13. I think he is at least part of the reason why Incognito is in Buffalo. As I recall, he stood up for him and helped him get a 2nd chance.
  14. I hope not. Too many possibilities and they are all very bad.
  15. If Frazier says 'dump him', then do it. You need to trust your coaches on these evals.
  16. Assuming his biceps is healing well, DaQuan Jones would be a great get.
  17. National reports pffft. I'm waiting for International consensus. Where does France stand on this?
  18. Let's say that Riveron has been running the game on a loop, using super secret NSA sound software. Riveron finally, after 2,102 listens, picks up the word 'Blave' and after he discounts it being an echo from the Princess Bride, decides it must really be 'Slave'. Now what, he hits us with a 15 yard penalty? Really, NFL, get your overly active hands out of your pockets.. WTF.
  19. This happened to me once when I was golfing. Close to almost exactly.
  20. Pats don't have anyone that can block Fletcher Cox. That's why they'll hold.
  21. I hope he does something bad; maybe suggestively tears the wrapper off the Senior Bowl mascot. Please drop to 21.
  22. Dentists and proctologists should be legally required to have midget hands. The largest finger should be able to fit comfortably in a 3/8" drill chuck.
