    With two 1st rounders facing off, there will be a lot of press coverage. Some of the reporters may even actually watch the game.

    The full version was on local TV. "What has stood out to you most with this QB competition?" "Well, they are both competing …. all three are competing" etc Maybe a little slip of the tongue, maybe not, but he shifted from 'both' to 'all three'.

    Mills is doing something that should be reserved for actual games. My guess is punching high on the chest/close to the throat. Probably happened more than once. Maybe a buncha.

    Really hope they have those 2 on the field at the same time. I bet Daboll does, too.

    He obviously made some great plays with that arm, but I was surprised with his wheels. For a big guy, he can really move and also seems to know when to get OB or go down. If he gets to play this year, he'll rip more than a few long runs.

    I agree with your 5 and also lean to McCloud for the 6th. Somebody has to return punts and he seems to have hands + some wiggle.

    If Proehl and Foster really want to play football, I think they'll need to keep working after our cuts & give the CFL a go next year. I don't see a place for them in the NFL. Not so sure about Foster's chances in the CFL, either.

    First impression -> Jets aren't nearly as ugly as last year. Takes awhile to cleanse the Ryan.

    I wonder if Ike was moved during the game. You say RT, but I thought I saw him at RG. I guess if true, that versatility makes it even better for him. Tough to go wrong with Iowa OL.

    Ike Boettger definitely looked like a keeper and for a UDFA, that would be real good. I'm not a Whaley/Nix hater, but I sure wish they'd have been better with their OL picks. Beane got a good one with this guy.

    We fell off a cliff last year. 16th to 29th (offense) 354.1 to 302.6 (ypg) 24.9 to 18.9 (points) I think Dennison has ownership of sliding by a touchdown per game.

    I like Ike. I think he makes the roster. Played OT (mostly Right) at Iowa, been at RG here and today they had him practicing snaps with Bodine/Groy. Need one of those 'can play anywhere guys.'

    Any WR that lands on the PS shouldn't get comfortable, because Beane is already looking for someone better. A PS WR will be a tough job to hold.
