The Wayback Machine has 345 Billion Archived Web pages, so as an example, you can check and see what was happening at buffalobills.com years ago. I don't know if Wayback does twitter accounts, but I'm sure someone does somewhere.

I think you're right. Out of sight, out of mind. My guess is that a few key commercial sponsors spoke plainly with each network about what they needed to continue advertising.

Greg Robinson is a UFA and played like an actual football player for the last 1/2 of the season for the Browns. Took awhile for his eyes to open, but still only 26 and a former #2 overall. Try to get lucky on this guy.
