The image looks like they are splitting the field into 3 equal columns (17.77 yards per), instead of inside or outside of the hash. One way or the other, throws to the right aren't good. I suspect he instinctively kept his shoulders and footwork 'misaligned' because he was afraid of backside pursuit and getting sacked/stripped. Better OL + footwork drills should help.

Cam’s Average Intended Air Yards went from 8.2 last year to 7.1 this year, which is pretty much what a few people have said. If Beane has success in the next 5 months, I suspect we’ll see Josh’s # drop from 11to 9 and change and see his % go up quite a bit, too.

Makes sense to me if Daboll has a say in the OL coach. Daboll tailors each weeks game plan to the opponent and it sounds to me like Castillo either wasn’t flexible enough to work with those marching orders or not gifted enough to keep pace. End result was not good and he needed to go. Need a guy that fits with Daboll, not the other way around.

Pro Bowl at 21, 22 at the latest.
