Here's what I need to see: We've run the silly fourth down at the 50 Hard Count many times this season and everybody thinks they know what's coming. We need to have a trick play off of this. Yeah, I agree with this. There was two runs at least last game where he was a step or two slow getting out of bounds. These were not get to the first down marker type plays. You don't need that last yard and half if it saves you the hit and remember sideline hits are brutal because guys are running at you unblocked and you will get lit up. Step out and avoid the hit.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but if you don't scout everybody at all positions, how do you know who the BPA is? Particularly in the middle and late rounds? Further, what can we tell about specific types of players at a given position? Are they scouting big possession type receivers or speed guys to take the top off of defenses? Are they scouting certain programs because they have a culture similar to McD's philosophy and he knows they are more likely to be "process" guys? There's a ton variables at play here besides just position or within each position itself. Don't get me wrong, more information is better and I appreciate the thread, I'm just not so sure about drawing any conclusions from it yet.

It's got to happen sooner or later. The best thing for the Pats is Tawmy walks away at the end of this year, or before his skills really go, whenever that is. The League decided more passing and scoring would be a better product. They just forgot to check if they had the inventory. Ten years ago or more, a really good defense could negate a really good QB. When they shifted the rules to get more scoring they created a game where only a great QB can beat a great QB. Since there isn't enough great QBs for everyone, some teams are just plain left out. So what do you do? You can't create more great QBs, and they don't want to give up the scoring they believe will make the product more popular. They can either change the rules to encourage QBs to move from team to team, which just means you have the same problem, just on different teams, or you change the rules to make the running game as productive as the passing game. I'm guessing they would need to change rules on holding, maybe pre snap motion or anything else they can do to give the non QB teams a boost.

Absolutely. If you must throw dildos, please keep it tasteful. Perhaps something classic, like all black. Or even something festive like a ***** painted in red and blue with a buffalo charging down the side. Maybe go with formal attire and put a bow tie on it.
