  1. He'd pry go in the 40 to 50 range if the NFL had a five round WR draft for one season. I'd be thrilled if he gave us the same production as last year.
  2. I think everyone's signed through this year unless I'm missing someone.
  3. It was a weird hire from the start because all he knew was political satire geared to the left. Colbert was basically the MSNBC of late night and Gutfeld was the Fox News (literally) of late night. Both had higher ratings than Kimmel and Fallon so there's something to that strategy of targeting just one group of people. That was NBC you dolt.
  4. Two other 2nd rounders already got guaranteed contracts. It wouldn't have broken precedence.
  5. What's funny is them refusing to guarantee the whole contract. That extra $572k will be held over his head for four years?
  6. All I'll pry remember about him is Aaron Rodgers throwing him under the bus and the Jets trading him not too long after wasting a pick trading for Adams
  7. I never doubted they'd figure it out but didn't expect $108m guaranteed for three years. Taking advantage of Rodgers's rookie deal.
  8. You didn't even think they were going to arrest him. I get homerism but not to that extreme.
  9. PFF had Benford at 8th. I like PFF better now. Jaycee Horn doesn't belong on that list.
  10. It's not a lie. Now governors can make the paperwork people need to fill out to maintain their medicaid as confusing as possible. Work requirements have failed miserably in any state that's tried to implement it. Employment remained stagnant and the administrative costs of trying to enforce the policy costs the taxpayers money. They wanted to cut medicaid despite most campaigning that they wouldn't and that's there spin. In reality though, many will lose coverage and it's not hyperbole when I say it will cost both medical bankruptcy and lives in some circumstances.
  11. Poor joke. I'll take $6m bucks to protect a 100 billion dollar quarterback.
  12. Out of principle I usually side with the billionaire owners. Might have to make an exception on this one though. If the NFL player's union was stronger this would've already been guaranteed when they first negotiated the rookie wage scale.
  13. Von working at home. Let me find Champ Bailey and switch faces.
  14. Points. 10th in yards. Worst year yardage wise since 2019. Running the ball well consistently, historically low turnover rate, fewest negative plays in the league, and 2nd in red zone TD conversions helped get us there without an elite receiving weapon. Some of those areas will regress but a WR (or TE) stepping up could help offset that.
  15. New Era Field would be an appropriate name for the new stadium. Way better than Highmark Stadium.
  16. Usually because of the salary cap. If a player doesn't take a team friendly deal they tend to get criticized (James Cook). However, in this instance I think the majority of fans are on Stewart's side as it's ridiculous by the Bengals.
  17. Bengals are so stubborn they'd pry draft him again out of spite.
  18. True. Especially when you've got two working and 10 watching.
  19. At least they had a proper kickoff.
