  1. If there's anybody I can trust with numbers it's Donald Trump. Ironically, the Fed is more likely to lower interest rate because of the job numbers.
  2. Milano, White, and Bosa getting days off was definitely because of the turf given their injury history. They pry wouldn't have played Allen at all if fans weren't there. It does suck though if you took the time and effort to attend the event.
  3. I'd pry make that trade too. However, I think Beane is perfectly fine with continuing to put up a competitive team who makes the final eight and wins the division each year without mortgaging the future hoping that a ball will bounce our way one of these years. It's a good job security strategy too. He'd rather take mini swings like Bosa. You think Cook would have more of an impact than a guy like Parsons? I feel like I'm living in 1996 with this board when it comes to the Cook conversation.
  4. It would be an interesting poll question as I could see a 50/50 split in opinion.
  5. Dallas has film and knows the injury history of Milano too. Because we're likely to pick at the end of the first round if this fantasy ever came true the trade would pry look something like this..... Two first round picks (2026,2027), a 2nd rounder in 2026, and Greg Rousseau. Would you do it knowing we have to make him the highest payed non QB in the NFL?
  6. Agreed if the Cowboys only want a defensive end. Spencer Brown or Dion Dawkins as they could really use help at the OT position. Brown would pry make more sense because of his age.
  7. It's null and void. Unless they move the Super Bowl to December.
  8. He must've taken Economics 101. Currently waiting for a quote on my shed because the contractor is waiting for the Erie County fair to see if he can buy it for a lower price there. If not I'll have to bear the cost because of the lumber tariffs on Canada. First world problems I guess.
  9. It's Jerry Jones you're dealing with here. I don't blame him one bit.
  10. You could make it work without being in salary cap hell. McClaurin is not a diva but if he was who cares. They all can't be choir boys.
  11. I guarantee we will not make the Super Bowl this year.
  12. Nobody ever looked at Peterman and thought star. However, them promoting him to starter based on preseason play should tell you everything you need to know about how deceiving preseason games can be.
  13. There's no disputing that. McDermott's memorable line of when they signed Emmanuel Sanders to play across from Diggs was "we don't want to lose our fastball." Gabe Davis as the #4 was perfect. What changed between then and now I have no clue. They saw how Davis was as a WR#2 in 2022 and still refused to upgrade. A lot of us on here were pushing for Hopkins who pry had a couple of prime years left in 2023. Nothing. Trade up for Addison/Flower. Nothing. Trade up for Brian Thomas Jr.. Nothing. Trade a 2nd and a 5th for DK Metcalf. Nothing. I worry about having to give draft assets away but if McClaurin was a free agent I'd be all over paying him 30 plus million for three years. It's not going to happen though because Beane already showed us multiple times since the Diggs trade he won't do it.
  14. Unless they like McClaurin's skill set more than Metcalf's. They've already made their investment in Palmer though who's about to turn 26. I just don't see it with this regime who's made it clear how they want their offense built from the inside out giving a lot of guaranteed money to a WR about to turn 30. I thought he was a lot younger than that before he demanded a trade as he was drafted at 23.
  15. If we didn't trade for Metcalf there's no way they're trading for an older guy who wants a similar contract. I think once he writes a goodbye letter to fans the Commanders will come to an agreement.
  16. Must've seen @Ethan in Cleveland's post.
  17. You think they'd cut someone they just gave a 3 year $21m contract too even knowing a PED suspension was coming?
  18. Rest of NFL -Chiefs get the #1 seed and Mahomes is MVP putting up 50TD's. -Jaguars win the AFC South. -Steelers go 6-11 and Tomlin gets an extension. -Cowboys get a Wild Card spot and Washington misses the playoffs. Bills -Dalton Kincaid puts up over 1,000 yards. -Keon Coleman is WR#4 by the end of the season. -Greg Rousseau puts up 14 or more sacks. -Mitch Trubisky starts two games this year at QB.
  19. I'm just hoping they're comfortable enough to have him as the primary backup when either Benford or White go down. Benford and obviously White have had their fair share of injuries so I'm hoping Dane Jackson isn't the primary backup.
  20. Reminds me of the Diggs mini camp fun with the social media crap and nobody really knowing what the heck was going on.
  21. Nice. If true, Circling the Wagons has some major explaining to do.
  22. CTW has never been wrong when they broke news before anyone else so it's pry an ACL tear. God I wish.
  23. Thanks. I thought he wanted the NFL to abolish the salary cap.
  24. What's the bust percentage of WR's drafted in the back half of the first round?
