    Don't read too much into it. Chargers staff is just dumb. Bills and Jets may as well have been the opponent today, just an embarrassing plan and effort.

    They had the game firmly in hand and went to the ground game. I think Reid saw his life flash before his eyes in the 2nd quarter when Mahomes came up gimpy. KC will have to play an aggressive defensive style unlike their effort in Sept or whenever it was. Can’t let it come down to who has the ball last.

    Yep, teams just get arrogant with that dance with who brung ya stuff. Keep in mind that the K-gun gave Kelly a package of plays to choose from , which he did at the line. The Bills only had about 5 running plays they ran those whole playoffs, but it was available. Does Kelly get the blame or Marchibroda ? We’ll never know

    Yes, they’ll be rested. Sometimes a team is better keeping on playing. I’m not going to put itvpast Foles, though it seems like a tall order.

    Should have run the ball more, but if they did a 2 man line would be laughed at. Not a great coaching move, just a desperate one. Bills outsmarted themselves. A few more running plays and B.B. would have scrapped that look anyway and died a slow death rather than a fast one.

    It might be, but NO didn’t look the same to me since the Dallas game. Sometimes these things don’t go with the logic. Lots of folks had the Colts, but on the prediction thread I had KC by 11. We’ll see, but I think at least the game will be called evenly , not sure which Ref has it though.

    Oh, he won’t get injured though I’d love it. I haven’t seen anything since it was 21 -7 , but I’m assuming he’s been untouched with all the holding I saw earlier

    Just rooting for Patriot injuries at this point , not even watching since second quarter . It’s on to next week so every little bit can help

    West to East and a 1 PM game ( conveniently for NE) is pretty much the death knell for west coast teams.

    Agreed. I laugh when his name comes up in HOF discussions. Always comes up small in biggest moments, and that hasn’t changed as we can see.

    Poor clock management in the final 2:00 and terrible tackling vs Giants offense lost that SB. Had nothing to do with BBs side of the ball. Bills scored almost a point per minute of possession, but the D let them down that day.

    Many Pats* players have held visibly on D the part of the game where I was still watching. Enough to know it was time to shut it off

    Yep, have to call it the same for both teams. I’m fine with less ref involvement, as long as that stance is maintained evenly throughout the contest. Sadly, this rarely happens when NE is involved, and you can tell how it will be by checking which Ref is assigned the game. Only a few good ones left after the retirements.
