  1. It definitely is. So much so that the Bills have scenarios where they can make the playoffs with 9 wins, IF one of the wins is vs the Steelers.
  2. They have, and so would a likely WC opponent, but not by a lot. Aside from the Eagles game ( in unusual weather conditions) that got away from them late, those losses were close and decided by just a few plays that could have gone differently. If the Bills were blown out in all those games, it would be more of an indictment. It could very well be that the Bills need to beat the Steelers on the road and the Jets in week 17 to secure a WC berth. Their stacking of wins vs teams they should beat ( which many past Bills teams didn’t do) gives them that luxury. Many other WC contenders left themselves little room for error.
  3. 3 at most. If the Bills lose the next three games, that number will spike.
  4. So what ? These media types on their soapboxes have zero impact on the game, nor do their prognostications. The Bills can only play their schedule, and games that took place earlier in the year against other teams with different matchups don’t mean anything. A playoff game is a single event , and they only have to be the better team that day. Upsets happen every week in the NFL. I’m not sure what the possibility of losing the playoff game has to do with anything. You have to be in the game in the first place to be able to win it. No potential wildcard game would be un-winnable for the Bills.
  5. Would have been nice if they did this yesterday , Steelers were ripe to lose.
  6. Harrison is a toolbox. While the home team is always going to be favored in a WC game, likely is far from a slam dunk. Road teams win playoff games every year, especially in the WC round. The point in making the playoffs is you have to be in it to win it. The team is not yet complete, but moving in the right direction. Making declarations before even knowing the matchup, injuries etc is just Harrison being a classic ex -Pat D bag as always.
  7. Different era. Too much security now
  8. T. White, Brown are deserving imo. Hyde/ Poyer have been solid, but unspectacular.
  9. I’d venture that you are correct. The old business model went out the window with Whaley.
  10. Pretty sure the CB thing was the business model of the old regime, even going back pre Whaley. They preferred to spend money elsewhere and simply draft a CB high every four years. I don’t think that’s the MO of the current group, but we’ll find out.
  11. Looked like it just sailed on him or slipped out of his hand at the wrong launch point. Couldn’t have been a bad read as there wasn’t a Bills WR remotely near the pass. Fluke INT Interesting. I just read an article post game on mile high report. The writer called the loss embarrassing and said the Vikings loss was to a dark horse Super Bowl team. He then called the Bills “ overrated” lol. Who the heck is overrating the Bills ? I’ve yet to see it by any major media source.
  12. I think they will need to beat the Steelers plus Jets in week 17 to reach ten wins. While I don’t think they will beat the Cowboys, Ravens, or Pats*, Id say the home game is where they’re most likely to pull the upset.
  13. Lol ... did you actually watch ? It obviously sailed or slipped out of his hand, wasn’t a “ questionable decision “ type INT. Those plays happen once in awhile.
  14. Browns game wasn’t lost due to differences in talent. Poor clock management / play selection by the coaches at the end. Not a talent issue. True. They also likely lose it without a huge assist from the officiating crew. Man’s game my a$$
  15. Cowboys would still be just as viable with a loss. Only way they make the playoffs is as division winner. That’s still within their grasp regardless of an AFC loss to Bills.
  16. Love the music choices by the NBC crew.. “ separate ways” after the fumble lol...
  17. I’m gonna go with the Niners. Hard to pick against A Rodg , but I think the SF D gets it done.
  18. Yep, heard it. That’s guy is a massive dill weed.
  19. Terrible for a call like that to decide the end of this game. Total BS
  20. Won’t know until around year 3 or so. He’s having an up and down rookie season, a very typical story.
  21. Well, he slid inside to C, but yeah the guy did a good job and he’s been a valuable addition to this team.
  22. One of them will lose next week.....unless they tie, lol. Not sure which is better but someone will probably have that info.
  23. Putrid attempt at a tackle
  24. Loved the win , but still a bit concerned. They have work to do for certain. Improving the offensive personnel won’t happen this season, but I still see squandered opportunities. I’ll write off the strange INT by Josh as a fluke , but he had a couple questionable throws. Overall pretty good on his part. The procedure penalties and senseless holding has to stop. The Bills can move the ball pretty well , even without big target wideouts. They’re still their own worst enemy. Daboll was mostly good today, save for going to the well a couple times too often with stuff the Broncos were ready for.
  25. Nah....I hate the Pats but the other foot came down before the elbow. He did... the second angle showed it. Can’t be sloppy vs those dill holes
