  1. He’s seemed shaky since his injury last season, maybe even a few games before. Kickers get like that, and then you have to replace them. It’s an especially big problem for the Bills given their low scoring offense.
  2. Bills have a better chance at PIT than they do vs BAL. That team can score 35 easily. Today’s loss hurt because the Bills don’t have as many winnable games left. They weren’t catching New England this year, even with their flaws.
  3. Oh geez, it’s too early for that. The Bills aren’t losing the rest of their games, but they probably won’t win enough to make the playoffs. They don’t need to lose them all to get a stud; this isn’t the NHL .
  4. He’s out for the year, but that defense is legit. The Rams did jack squat vs them today so I’d expect a loss. I didn’t think the Bills would win that one even when Ben was injured, and I still don’t. Losing to CLE hurt.
  5. Realistically it probably won’t. I’d expect the Bills could beat MIA, DEN, and the NYJ. It would be a surprise for them to beat DAL, BAL, PIT, or NE. They won’t be favored in any of those games.
  6. I don’t see Rudolph making better plays or better passes and he’s making plenty of mistakes. He is working with a better supporting cast imo and better coaches.
  7. It was a pass though, just like the Bills use all the time. It’s not like they lost on an iffy call.
  8. You could, but games go back and forth and 19 points on the road is a good effort. The goal line stops allowed the offense to even have a chance. If you’re expecting a 16 point output to win games in today’s NFL you won’t be very happy. Have to look at the overall picture. The D did their job today, the offense did not.
  9. I’m not sure fans are overreacting here. The offense has been a problem all year, and continues to be. Teams that produce offense occasionally have bad games and I understand that. The Bills performance has been consistently sub par. The defense isn’t perfect, but they don’t give up more than 20 points very often. The Bills cannot lose games when they don’t. 16 points doesn’t cut it, and they had possession of the ball at midfield with over 1 minuet left and a time out. I agree they don’t run enough, especially with Singletary.
  10. Their defense is better than the Bills , yes. Their offense still only scored 10 points, but I like the WRs, running game and overall scheme better than Dabolls. Sure, the results would probably be better with one of the most talented QBs in the NFL today. Short of trading for one of those, Daboll needs to go. The talent level isn’t quite there, but his schemes and game plans make little sense.
  11. They won due to their defense and the coaching staff is better than the Bills. Can’t agree on Rudolph though. He made a lot of mistakes, took a safety and had a fumble returned for a TD. He’s a mediocrity at best, but credit goes to the Steelers organization overall. Many teams would win 2-3 games after losing their QB for the season.
  12. I’d tend to agree. They’re still contenders for.a WC this season because of their D, and they can run the ball. Whoever QBs that team next year doesn’t affect this year.
  13. This ^^^ Defense is definitely not an elite group, but it’s more than good enough . Offense can’t score more than two TDs most days, and Daboll has no idea what a running game looks like.
  14. It was out there in full display today. The Bills don’t have much talent to go around on offense, and the OC doesn’t have a clue. The D is solid and doesn’t give up a lot of points. They also don’t have an elite rusher, and don’t force many takeaways. The team is exactly what their record says they are right now. They beat less talented teams, and lose to teams with more talent. Even those having bad seasons.
  15. Maybe, but who cares? Ben hasn’t retired and they’re in the mix this season now. That’s all that matters really.
  16. Steelers D is legit and have talent. That’s not culture winning today.
  17. If you’re sighing over a MIA two game win streak, then the Bills really have problems and are further away than anyone thought.
  18. Goff just isn’t all that. Not worth the $$ and hasn’t been since late last season.
  19. Compared to the Bills, they’re not bad.
  20. Rudolph has accounted for 9 of the Rams 12 points today. He wouldn’t be loved in BUF
  21. Yah, could have called PI there for sure. But why go for that when you just need a first down ?
  22. lol Rudolph has led his team to all of ten points and took a safety . He’d be run out on a rail. He’s not very good. PIT running game, WRs and D are pretty solid though.
  23. Singletary got the majority of the carries, but 8 isn’t going to cut it for a whole game. Gore is the RB2, but he can’t get to the edge.
  24. That was a drop and at least one other downfield ( McKenzie or Roberts ?)
  25. McD won’t be, but Daboll will be gone. They’re just not that good, and when they play teams with more talent they can’t compete. No running game, no WRs besides Brown and Beasley. Offensive design is unimaginative . The defense is pretty good, but not great at pass rush or taking the ball away.
