    I won't begin to try to engineer the mechanics of it, but no more tanking. A bottom tier tournament for teams to sort out draft order; better performance in the losers' playoffs results in a higher (better) draft pick. And I imagine there'll be a whole lot of finagling by teams in the hunt for either the winners or losers playoffs.
