Boycott another *pats Super Bowl
DaBillsFanSince1973 replied to Estelle Getty's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't need to boycott it. Any super bowl that the evil empires in I refuse to even turn it on. There are much better things in life then watching them in another Superbowl. If that is if they do get in again the conspiracy theories will be running rampant that's for sure -
Bills @ Cowboys, Thanksgiving Day - 4:30

that and you would have to think the pressure jerry is putting on garrett. it worked in the past as it seemed there was a time in his tenure he was questionable and on the hot seat and turned things around some but garrett may have run his course?. maybe jerry has reached his limit? it has to cause some kind of distraction, especially on a short week? -

I'm not a player but I'd rather approach a game with the mentality a player would. I'm sure they don't go in to a game, fearing they lose. regardless how good the other team may be. that's why I say there is always a chance, you really never know the outcome until the game has been played, anything can happen. most certainly a huge challenge, not going to discredit the recent success the ravens have had but it you're going to continue to develop and grow as a team, it is games coming up in this stretch that will be a big part in their development as a team. I like believing there is a chance because I like what I see in this young team. they have shown through the course of their development to be a different bills team then like that of those past post kelly era teams. I'm excited for this stretch and if by chance they can not live up to the expectations and lose to the cowgirls, ravens or pats**, it would be a drag but I know it's just part of the process in getting to that level, which they are not far from, imo. not over looking the steelers or jets but they are not in the same level as the aforementioned teams. that is the world I'm in. -

have they dropped those 2 in a row yet? I know, it's easy for some to just go ahead and claim losses before the games are even played. it must be that confident they lose feeling some have? they have both a chance thursday and at home sunday to win. until they do lose, I'll always believe they have a chance to win, in every game they play. -
I CAN'T WAIT til the Ravens come to Buffalo

so many impressed. those teams that know how to prepare will figure roman and his offense out and jackson isn't always going to be so elusive, that is if serious injury doesn't get to him first. he wont always be running like that. -
he must be about 60 now? is he still he still around?

Go on the record: The concern-o-meter!
DaBillsFanSince1973 replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
again, chance. no one can change chance, it could happen, they could win out. that too, is what one may claim as unrealistic. what is real, is there are 5 games to go and as fans, they may have their individual feeling on the outcome of games but you can bet your bottom dollar there isn't a player that goes in to a game, confident they lose. at the end of the day, none of us know the outcome with certainty, that's why we watch the games. -

see, I don't believe in hope. but I do believe in chance. I agree, they will face challenges ahead but I see a team that is becoming more confident in themselves, even on the road and with every win or loss, comes growth. therefore, they do have a chance to win and to me, the spectrum of the one side as yourself, which really are few, or that of the over confident side of the spectrum to me both are quite unrealistic even when throwing out stats and such to try and prove their point. chance my friend, that's how I go in to a season or game, never over confident they win and certainly never confident they lose. enjoy the games, only 5 regular season games to go. I'm going to enjoy the hell out of them, win, or lose... -

just curious, as I have never experienced such a feeling toward my team, confident, they lose. the game(s), I'm sure you've already marked on the calendar. do you go in to the game like, well, I don't really know if I'm up for the slaughter, so much more I could do then watch a game, I'm so confident they lose? I don't know, I'm kind of weird that way to wonder what goes through the mind of some football fans such as yourself. now, does that mean I don the rose colored glasses and go in to every game confident they win. hell to the no, but I sure keep my fingers crossed with maybe the chance they could win? I do know crossing my fingers is irrelevant to the game but it is a week to week season and well, anything can happen. confidence in your team losing, interesting. I know I was being technical but you have to factor all the phases of the rebuild which is in the 11th month of their 3rd year. -

this is year 3 (17, 18, 19) of the Beane/McD regime/rebuild. both he and Beane got here in 2017. I do agree however that they should show real signs of a contender next season. still a couple players away as well as they will have this seasons growth and experience to continue to build on. -

5, could go 7 but 5 seems more realistic with the remaining 5 games which I may say is not going to be any picnic, biggest challenge this young team will face thus far. it's not so much a confidence or concern deal as much as it's a reality that in order to continue to grow it could take a hard loss or two from the real contenders, like baltimore, ne** or even the cowgirls. so 5 based off that I really expect them to win the steelers, jets and possibly the cowgirls games but ne** and baltimore will be a tough out? -
I just have to question you. I wont cross any lines but it is something I have seen of you and seen often. your defense and admiration is off the charts for that team and I have to wonder how a bills fan and from what I gather, one for a long time, is so defensive of the evil empire and always seems to be propping them up? I get it, he and belly are the goat, no one will ever achieve such greatness again in the nfl. but, speaking for myself, they are the most hated team aside from the cowgirls and yes, it is because they have owned the bills. that being said, it's just strange that a claimed bills fan can continue to jump from thread to thread that has any relation to the evil empire and if one was to say anything out of line or not bow down in praise in their glory, there you are. to each their own I suppose. maybe they're your second favorite nfl team and I may be out of line in questioning what teams you're a fan of?

Ty Nsekhe injury - Updated to “day to day”

this is so idiotic. -
I'm in no place to hand out advice but water on a ducks back came to mind. you know, you have to really consider if being in the box played in to it but keep doing it, stay up there. the team, aside from st, was fired up for this one. they have been catching a lot of slack from the media as well as fans and they came out hot with what seemed like a chip, especially on defense. I liked what I saw out of JA and the offense, the defense did a great job and the rookie some were writing off had some great plays today. back home with some momentum against the 3-7 broncos. it would be pretty cool if they get to 8-3 before the thanksgiving game in dallas?
