  1. season finale? at home? rain shouldn't cause to much concern, after all they are bills fans and not made of sugar so they wont melt. wish I could be there to cheer them on for a good season, making the playoffs and beating the jets.
  2. If he can do it in a quarter and a half, then I could easily see this place going nuts. Very doubtful it happens. I can still see some calling for Barkley to start over Josh Allen though.
  3. I try to avoid over reacting. if they lose then I look forward to the draft/fa and adding more pieces and be grateful they made the post season and look to 2020 to be an even better season. unlike yourself who seems to remain in that dark cloud, regardless of outcome. have a nice day, and can I say, happy new year!
  4. what are you going to do when they win their first post season game 17-10 with JA only throwing for 200 yds? complain? probably.
  5. every game matters. this is an important game as far as gaining momentum going in to the post season. they need to win. although it has been said starters may not play the whole game the only way I would sit them is if they had a lead going in to the 2nd half and allow the back ups hopefully finish them off. this thread isn't near as ridiculous as those threads that will be calling for barkley to start over JA if he has a good 2nd half against the jets.
  6. lets pretend? the obsession with 300 yd games, lives on.
  7. the obvious choice is obvious. these are not seasoned vets. they are a young inexperienced team that needs all the experience and momentum they can get going into the postseason. that said, the risk of injury is there in this game as it is in any game that they play. no HC should be the blame of injury from a game these young men are paid to play. I support his decision to play the starters.
  8. man that really sucks. you know I looked at that play like three times and it look like he grabbed his leg. I wasn't sure though because I wasn't around back then. Well I was around but I was only like 4 I think.
  9. this is good stuff. hopefully this thread wont be poisoned with the negative takes seen here daily. no, I'm not saying they can't be criticized but some of the takes on this board are beyond criticism.
  10. are you a buffalo bills fan? I am, so that includes JA. what kind of question is that anyway? I'm guessing you claim to be a bills fan, just not a fan of JA. you must be waiting for the next man up. don't hold your breath.
  11. orlando florida. watched the game at home on the couch. damn near put my foot through the tv then a neighbor, a giants fan, came knocking on my door running his mouth. I kicked the ***** out of him. that was only the first of 4 daggers to the heart the bills gave me.
  12. I was going in to target (live in fl) and an older gentlemen then myself sees my bills sweatshirt and says "the bills play the patriots today" I was like yes sir and we both said "GO BILLS". thought it was pretty cool. this game will have some national attention and the time is drawing nigh "to dethrone the king, you've got to cut his head off"...Bruce Smith
  13. 'Twas the night before football, when all through the hills; Every man, girl, and child, hoped and prayed for the Bills; The tables were folded, and the cooler was packed; In hopes that Tom Brady soon would be sacked; The mafia was nestled all snug in their beds; While visions of touchdowns danced in their heads; And mamma in her zubaz, and I in my sweats, Sat on the couch watching analysts place bets; When out on the lawn there arose such a cheer, I sprang from my bed to see if they could really be here; Away to the window I flew like a flash, Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash. And there they were ready to take on nay-sayers, Was a miniature pinto and 8 buffalo players. A there was a driver, the man we all sought, I knew right then it was coach McDermott. He stood on the pinto, ready for this game. And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name: "Now, Allen! now, Beasley! now Knox and Oliver! On, Gore! on, Milano! on, Hughes on White and Poyer” To the top of the twenty! to the top of the ten! He could go all the way, the Bills really can win! They stood in a huddle, Josh Allen yelled “Let’s Go!” They jumped up and down ready to take down their foes. They looked at each other and back up to me; For they knew I was the 12th man, it was my destiny. They sprang to the pinto, leaving behind all of their doubt, And away they drove to the hammer lot, blasting “shout” But I heard them yell, and it still gives me the chills- “No one circles the wagons, like the buffalo bills”.
  14. you haven't been looking hard enough, that's a good thing. I have said that I feel as I did last week going in to heinz stadium, they win. it is weird to have such a feeling but this bills team has shown me they're not the bills teams of the past. this team has energy and fight in them and it really starts with JA and his fierce competitiveness that rubs off on the whole team and I believe today it will be a sure sign that the changing of the guard is upon us. I will add, even if they were to lose, I know they are and will be up for the fight until the final gun. this is going to be one hell of a game... GO BILLS!!!
