I agree. The guy who caught the ball could have just run it in -- the ladder just added some unnecessary complexity and another chance for things to go wrong IMO.
I think it's time for us as a fan base to get over the Teddy Bruschis and PFFs of the world and just be happy with the talking that our team is doing on the field. We don't have any reason to be whiny.
12-4 is more likely 13-3, but 13-3 is absolutely do-able. The most likely L right now looks like Miami with Barkley under center. But our remaining games are all games that we'll be favored in.
This game isn't going to matter because we're going to manhandle the Broncos on Saturday, but Belichick simply doesn't lose to rookie QBs. I actually kind of like New England in this game.
