  1. He struggled most of the game, but that may be his toughest assignment this year. He has a strong work ethic and should be able to rebound just fine. He's an undersized guy so pulling Donald in 95 degree weather in the opener is rough.
  2. That's a classic reaction from Von. Welcome to the Josh Allen show!
  3. You're a fool if you defend this moron. That's 808's shtick. He takes the devils advocate on everything from Edmunds to Ariza and now to Allen. It's OK to admit that these people are fools.
  4. This is awesome news. Maybe it will satisfy the wife enough to let the contract negotiations go until next year. I feel like this is Beane recognizing that she needs more money in the short term in order to keep Jordan happy. Jordan will get a new contract, but it may take another year to time it correctly.
  5. It's all a cat and mouse game that coordinators play. They may run everytime he is in there for 3 straight games, then play action and he's wide open in the 4th game because the other team is watching tape. That was Gabe's TD last night. Fake the run block on the Allen bootleg and then take off and he's wide open.
  6. Singletary up the middle.
  7. Rodney Scott's BBQ here in Charleston. Collards, mac & cheese, and some of the best bbq around.
  8. I thought he was all thick this year??? Must have been so thick it injured him.
  9. For a guy that had like 20 catches prior to being drafted, what a great story and accomplishment. Big game for him tomorrow night. He's got alot to play for!
  10. The mesh will have a slight electrical charge to it to melt the ice and to deter vagrants. Each level of mesh will be more complex than the one before it. A true modern marvel that will make the players feel nothing but a warm breeze while on the field.
  11. I'm gonna say Knox has 2 TDs, as the LBs key in on containing Josh in the pocket and he finds Knox in the middle of the field. 2tds, 8 catches, but his real contribution will be to soften up the defense so that we can run Singletary and keep the offense on the field for long drives.
  12. I can hear the fans now: 'Mr Pegula, tear down that wall!'
  13. Yeah he was. Sorry to see someone get hurt but man, that's a break for us early in the year while our line figures it all out.
  14. Yeah, not much said about that so far. I think there is about a 1% chance the NFL would sit one of their premier players for the season opener. But if Jerry Hughes had done that in a joint practice? Better believe he'd be in time out from Roger. True, but it wasn't his teammate that he swung at. So there should be some accountability.
  15. She looks like a walker from Walking Dead
  16. Anyone check the ladies room??
  17. My expectation is that our boundary corners will struggle early in the year (Dane and Elam) but will slowly come into form. The offense (as it has proven in the past) will carry us while they figure it out and it could lead to some shootouts early in the year. I expect at least 1 or 2 Def holding calls/illegal contact/pass interference every game from the rookie (which is ok). But by season end, I think our defense will be galvanized and will be one of the best in the league when it's all said and done, including the secondary.
  18. Licorice in soda < hot dog in beer
  19. They pulled him on Moss's first TD and he led the way into the endzone. One of the first productive things I've seen that guy do since coming here. Hopefully he can rebound under Kromer and work his way onto the field.
  20. Ko Simpson ain't got nothin' on Yolo!
  21. Still preseason, but all this guy has done so far is impress people. He had a few nice catches yesterday and looks like he's going to be a very reliable target for Josh.
  22. Call me crazy, but it seems like Ariza may be the better holder, with better traits. Ok He had smooth wrists, and 7 1/4 inch hands. When he has to flip the ball, his fingers strike true and he doesn't get much juggling and bumbling. Seems like his knuckles are loose and can handle when there is perspiration on the ball. Haack has alot smaller hands and is proven, but doesn't have the leg or hand size or Ariza.
  23. McKenzie is one of those 'glue guys' that makes this team what it is. Really glad he stuck around and hoping he has a big year.
