  1. I said it twice today until I looked it up.
  2. Dolphins are garbage. The Bills are far from garbage. Bills win big at home.
  3. Jimmy Spags is wrong again. And the world continues to spin......
  4. What time is Bills/Jets this week?
  5. After rewatching the game, if I'm Harbaugh there, you call time out and find a play where you throw it to Mark Andrews. Redemption for last year, and not a top offensive option anymore so a good chance he works himself open.
  6. I have to admit that I enjoyed hearing that #70 is reporting as eligible. That always meant that the beef was coming. But having he and Hawes to choose from is a nice wrinkle for the offense.
  7. I almost feel like he was playing it wrong at first. He crashed towards the middle and Jackson just strolled past. Not sure if that's what the coaches had him do or not. It was a glaring couple of mistakes even for the casual observer. He did it about 3 times, and then right before halftime corrected it. After that he was fine.
  8. I know Anderson was hurt this preseason, so maybe they are mixing Hawes in for that reason. He is also listed as the first backup for both guard spots and center, so maybe they want to reduce the wear on him. But a TE like Hawes makes more sense. I kept waiting on Anderson to catch a wide open TD last year, but it never happened. Using a TE will keep the defense more honest than Anderson, and Hawes seems to just as good at blocking.
  9. Nice to see KC lose, but they just look rusty (which is how we will probably look at times tomorrow). But its fun to watch all the miscues and bad routes. Week 1 is like jumping into the tub to see how the water is.
  10. Looks like Jaire Alexander came back to practice for them today after almost a month. So injuries on both sides early in the year.
  11. Better than a roster of jag-offs, like most of the teams that we beat up regularly.
  12. I was just gonna say that. He isn't that good when healthy, he's hurt, and Allen seems to play great against some of the bigger CB names through the recent years (Ramsey, Sauce, etc).
  13. In the preseason, I was shocked at the backslide that was happening to Terrell Bernard. Out of position, couldn't tackle, playing with the 3rd string, etc. Then I realized that #43 is now rookie Dorian Strong.
  14. It's sounds cliche but whoever can run and stop the run will win. I don't see Josh stepping off the golf course or Lamar off his couch and lighting up the passing game in week 1. I don't think either of them played a preseason down this year. I do think Henry/Cook both have the ability to put the other team on their heels early in the game. So if I had to guess JA stats, I'll say 280yds, 40 rushing, 2 combined TDs, and 1 Int. Solid game, but he's just getting warmed up.
  15. He's on the list of hot seat coaches this year for sure.
  16. The comments from the safety who was released pretty much confirms what the rest of the world already thinks about that team and McDaniels. The talent is there, but it will take a stronger leader than that weirdo.
  17. Good PS signing, but no special teams play means he will be called up only if someone is injured, IMO. Shavers offers very solid special teams as well as improved boundary WR Skills. Just judging as a boundary WR (and let's say both are 100%), hard call on who is the better player but I'd lean towards Gabe unless Shavers goes off early in the year.
  18. Strong looked so bad in preseason. This will be a disaster if those two are the day 1 starting CBs. I think Benford plays and they are just being overly cautious with whatever he has going on.
  19. He needed to take a step this year, big time, to earn his spot. Sucks for him. Bad injury for a big lineman.
  20. I thought we cut that guy so White Steve can play?? I think Shakir is a good example of the staff being extremely cautious with injuries, so hopefully he's 100% in week 1. They will need him against the Ravens secondary.
  21. I think as always under McD, we have a solid team and roster for the most part. Alot of it comes down to who gets injured and when. Not just the Bills, but the rest of the league. By week 4, there will be multiple superstars on IR all over the league. I can't say that we are better or worse than last year until we get going.
  22. Ugh...hope its more like Hydes role last year where he's just helping these guys get comfortable and learn the nuances. He looked bad with Miami.
