  1. Still, the point captures the Bills as much as any team. I'd bet many people thought we'd be 2-2 out of the gate, but not by the way it happened. Not many expect the Bills to win the next two, so maybe they'll take one...
  2. What pissed me off was how he looked at Williams laying on the ground as if he was a boxer who just threw the KO punch. There is no doubt in my mind it was intent to injure. It will come back to him one day...
  3. I think the Fins win against Pitt was a turning point for them, much like the AZ win was for the Bills. Prediction: the Bills will need to be at least a +2 or 3 in turnovers to win this one.
  4. Kind a brings the post title full circle.....
  5. bringbackfergy, negative (and mean) post, 10/20/16. Duly noted...
  6. Kyle will be 34 next year. If he doesn't make it through this season, then he is definitely gone. Graham will be 32. Letting them go saves $10 million, which would allow the Bills to meet next year's needs for the most part. Finding a replacement for carpenter adds another $2.5 if need be.
  7. Maybe when the Whaley haters eat some crow, it won't be necessary.
  8. i told you he has two left feet.
  9. Robert Woods has two left feet?
  10. I made a similar comment to a friend yesterday. At 5-2, you can still be over .500 if you lose to NE and SEA. Important game.
  11. I was thinking about this after last week's win, that his press conferences are more subdued. I think it's a good thing. Talk is cheap. Walk softly and carry a big stick. And any other cliche you want to add. I wonder if Pegulas have influenced him in any way? And I don't mean in a control way, rather they aren't showy and boastful; they tend to speak with actions.
  12. Miami has assembled a pretty good O-line. This will be a challenging week for the D. On the other side, Miami's run D is ranked 31st...
  13. Yeezus! Woods almost ruined Cordy's season on this play too. I was looking at what you pointed out, then saw someone take Glenn's legs out. Re-watching, the guy was pushed by Woods. That play could've cost the Bills big time.
  14. You, sir, are an idiot. Who better to honor with post # 5,000 than the resident curmudgeon of TBD/PPP. Keep up the good work....
  15. While the O-line is getting a lot of well-deserved credit, the WRs should too. Shady doesn't make this first down without the great blocking that happens down field. It almost looks like a designed punt return. McCoy 23-yard run
  16. Give the WRs kudos too. While there was a great hole for Shady, he doesn't get that 23 yard run for a first down without some great downfield blocks when he shifted field. That almost looked like a designed play as in a punt return. A total team run.
  17. This is how they were supposed to beat this team. Just as good teams win ugly games, good teams also take it to bad teams over the course of the game.
  18. For those who blame Whaley for the EJ pick, I've always believed DW should be judged on the drafts beginning with 2014, the first full year with his staff, monos and fisher.
  19. You using recent quotes when she is totally corrupt. The quote I used was when she was young, and only partially corrupt....
  20. Hillary a leftist? Hah! On the ME, she is a neocon. And she is certainly pro-Wall Street. As she described herself, a Goldwater conservative.
  21. He's still giving up completed passes. I can't believe Whaley extended him....
  22. Premature celebration. All it does is make the CFPB akin to any other federal department. They will still be around to keep tabs on Wells Fargo and the Vampire squid....
  23. I said to my friend as we watched that Taylor should've thrown the ball away instead of running after McCoy's long run. There wasn't much space, and it was first down. I said I'm sure he'll be more cognizant of that situation as he gains more experience. Despite that, as someone else stated, they are much better at clock management under Lynn.
  24. According to Joe B's weekly grades, Hughes has been the best player for the Bills this season (with Kyle second). It may not show in the stats, but Hughes is having a monster year. This Lorax sack is a perfect example of Jerry's impact. I think it's safe to say that JH's stats will improve when Dareus is back in the middle.
