That said, I think Sean is smart and could do better down the road, learn from his mistakes here and implement changes early tenure at the new spot. Wish he could've done it here, best coach I've seen as a 35yr old in Buffalo but really just seems time to me. Hope Beane stays 1,000%

im fine with RB carries where they generally there with some variance, but josh needs to take off more (AKA "be allowed")....
