  1. As bad as the offense played, we were one good punt away from winning that game.
  2. Lots of questionable game management. The challenges, not kicking a field goal down 6 when your defense is handling business all day and your backup QB is in the game. People get legitimately psyched out by the Pats. It's hard to watch.
  3. Worst part of the whole game, listening to Fouts just absolutely gush about the Patriots and Brady.
  4. As soon as that ball went off Zay's hands in the endzone I thought to myself "if only we had a big, physical receiver who could've went up and caught that pass..."
  5. We've beaten teams with a combined record of 1-8. Pats have beaten teams with a combined record of 0-9. This is the first real test for both teams. Both have top 5 defenses.
  6. I mean, Gregg Williams is the reason that team got turned around. I didn't see any reason to dump him and promote Kitchens. Should've kept the staff exactly the way it was honestly. They were picking up steam last year and ended up being a .500 team essentially. Stupid not to keep riding that train with so many young guys on the team.
  7. If the mods were cool, they'd just change it on him.
  8. I just came here to say that Josh Allen has not yet played in 16 games...
  9. Seriously. All I could think today is how a legit, elite edge rusher would put this defense over the top.
  10. Allen has to play a full 60 minutes to beat the Pats. Can't take a half off. This will definitely be the game where we find out where we're at.
  11. I would still love to see the Duke out on the field. The young tight ends will come around. They had a couple drops but then Knox went beast mode down the sidelines. Overall, the group has been much better than last year and we're only 3 games in.
  12. He's going to have to figure it out. He came up big at the end, leading the team to a win and he finally got what a lot of QBs get out of the skill positions, which is someone made a play.
  13. He looked rough today. Bengals were disguising coverages well and really slowed Allen's eyes. Made a couple of really bone headed plays. I'm happy the percentage argument is being put to rest but he's still got work to do.
  14. Well considering a recent quote from him was the Chargers went 12-4 last year and nobody in LA cared... I can see why he loves it. But he'd have to play here real cheap lol
  15. Kap doesn't want to play in the NFL. But he won't come out and say it because it looks good for his "movement." If he doesn't sign a contract to be a backup then he looks like the victim and it keeps his "movement" going.
  16. And we aren't even sure how good the Titans are lol the Jets/Browns game should be a real barn burner.
  17. Also makes for a hell of a story line going into week 4 against the Pats.
  18. My favorite part of the day so far, aside from the Bills winning, was seeing the Browns got stomped by the Titans. Sick of hearing how great they are this year. Burleson even picked them for the Super Bowl. Hilarious.
  19. He had some good plays but he also had a handful of runs for no gain or negative yards. I don't think he was on a pitch count, I think the defense just held their own.
  20. Bell really is one of the top talents at running back and they kept him under 100 yards from scrimmage. Milano played as well as you could hope in coverage. One of the surest tacklers on the team.
  21. Singletary Brown Lawson Honorable mention: Allen, Milano Dunce: Daboll Next week I hope to see this team assert themselves a bit more. No more completely changing your approach because the other team is good in specific area of the field. Make them beat you, don't beat yourself.
  22. Yea, they're strong in the middle of the field so you run outside. Don't understand why "strong up the middle" means throw the ball every down.
  23. Whatever the reason, if you're a good team, you play your game. Coaching staff outsmarted themselves. The balanced attack was exponentially more effective in the 2nd half.
  24. Allen actually looked good today. His picks were tipped balls, the 1 fumble was on Morse getting absolutely blown up at the snap, the ball never even made a motion towards Allen's hands. He looked more accurate, more comfortable in the pocket. Most importantly he led the team back to win. Made some big throws in between Singletary shredding the Jets on that last drive and of course the touchdown. Brown and Beasley made a huge difference in the passing game today. Definitely underrated free agent pick ups in the offseason. I was way more concerned with the play calling. This should be a balanced offense, absolutely no reason to come out throwing 15 out of 16 plays. New England doesn't even do that and they have the GOAT at the position. We were built to run the ball. Drafted Singletary, released McCoy, you have Gore and Yeldon also in the backfield. Rebuilt the entire offensive line. Just a really strange approach to the game today. Next week hopefully makes more sense. Did anyone else notice Ford moving to guard and Neshke entering the game as RT in the 2nd half? That will probably remain the lineup the rest of the season.
  25. Tanking, but we only needed a single quarter of halfway competent execution and play calling to beat the Jets.
