Melvin Gordon seems to be watching Bills Twitter
Luka replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well considering a recent quote from him was the Chargers went 12-4 last year and nobody in LA cared... I can see why he loves it. But he'd have to play here real cheap lol -
Time for Kaepernick to officially retire from NFL?
Luka replied to prissythecat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Kap doesn't want to play in the NFL. But he won't come out and say it because it looks good for his "movement." If he doesn't sign a contract to be a backup then he looks like the victim and it keeps his "movement" going. -
And we aren't even sure how good the Titans are lol the Jets/Browns game should be a real barn burner.
-
Also makes for a hell of a story line going into week 4 against the Pats.
-
My favorite part of the day so far, aside from the Bills winning, was seeing the Browns got stomped by the Titans. Sick of hearing how great they are this year. Burleson even picked them for the Super Bowl. Hilarious.
-
He had some good plays but he also had a handful of runs for no gain or negative yards. I don't think he was on a pitch count, I think the defense just held their own.

Bell really is one of the top talents at running back and they kept him under 100 yards from scrimmage. Milano played as well as you could hope in coverage. One of the surest tacklers on the team.
-
Singletary Brown Lawson Honorable mention: Allen, Milano Dunce: Daboll Next week I hope to see this team assert themselves a bit more. No more completely changing your approach because the other team is good in specific area of the field. Make them beat you, don't beat yourself.

Bills (1-0) at Jets (0-1) Postgame thread

Yea, they're strong in the middle of the field so you run outside. Don't understand why "strong up the middle" means throw the ball every down. -
Bills (1-0) at Jets (0-1) Postgame thread

Whatever the reason, if you're a good team, you play your game. Coaching staff outsmarted themselves. The balanced attack was exponentially more effective in the 2nd half. -

Allen actually looked good today. His picks were tipped balls, the 1 fumble was on Morse getting absolutely blown up at the snap, the ball never even made a motion towards Allen's hands. He looked more accurate, more comfortable in the pocket. Most importantly he led the team back to win. Made some big throws in between Singletary shredding the Jets on that last drive and of course the touchdown. Brown and Beasley made a huge difference in the passing game today. Definitely underrated free agent pick ups in the offseason. I was way more concerned with the play calling. This should be a balanced offense, absolutely no reason to come out throwing 15 out of 16 plays. New England doesn't even do that and they have the GOAT at the position. We were built to run the ball. Drafted Singletary, released McCoy, you have Gore and Yeldon also in the backfield. Rebuilt the entire offensive line. Just a really strange approach to the game today. Next week hopefully makes more sense. Did anyone else notice Ford moving to guard and Neshke entering the game as RT in the 2nd half? That will probably remain the lineup the rest of the season. -
Tanking, but we only needed a single quarter of halfway competent execution and play calling to beat the Jets.

Antonio Brown RELEASED, signed by PATS
Luka replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yea, imagine that. Couple of TV personalities running a team. -
I can see Bill standing there in practice, watching Bodine snap the ball. "God, it's even slower in person..."

Houston probably calling Shady as we speak. -
Not complaining there.

You should probably read some books.

Just a comparison of their combine results. Benjamin has definitely lost a couple minutes on that 40 time.
-
10th of a second slower than Benjamin. Better broad jump, 1 more rep on the bench, these guys are separated by fractions athletically. Difference is Williams is hungry to succeed and Benjamin is hungry for some Popeye's.
-
And when did he run that 40 time? You did watch him play in Buffalo correct? His 40 time coming out of college is completely irrelevant.
-
Say what... there isn't a slower wide receiver than Benjamin. Kyle was moving faster than Benjamin after he caught that pass last year.

Which WR Will Lead The Bills In Receiving Yards?
Luka replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yards? Foster. Receptions? Beasley.
