  1. The fact that Schoop, Bulldog, Simon & White have been with the station for a while now speaks volumes for their content. None of them have any desire to move to bigger markets, and/or different jobs in broadcasting, and they clearly have tons of job security. This is what leads to mediocre sports talk radio.
  2. Surprised he fell this far. Not the greatest need, but with Kyle nearing retirement, solid pick.
  3. FrankenBledsoe moved in the pocket like he was wearing boots with 50 pounds of cement in each of them. Horrible comparison.
  4. I think the Giants are posed for a quick turnaround this season. Not sure if they can challenge for a playoff spot, but they shouldn’t be the train wreck they were in 2017.
  5. Thoughts on WR’s Cain, Pettis or Gallup at 96? Im guessing Miller, Chark and Washington will all be gone by then.
  6. No. All OL and WR are gone. Just punters and kickers left.
  7. You need to go to... http://www.big-nose-edmunds.com
  8. You do know there is a working relationship between Allen & Palmer? Would you expect him to say anything but good things about Allen?
  9. Very impressive. First post. First sentence. Insult 75% of posters. Nice job. lol
  10. Good to know that it’s “super easy” to find two starting guards on day 2 & 3.
  11. ^^^ This. It was like a Josh Allen infomercial. lol
  12. Just listened to Greg Cosell on WGR. Among other things, he said Edmunds is a great talent at this point, not a great player. Certainly brought me back to earth a little and made me wonder if he will be a season opening starter??
  13. If they are realistic. What do you think their record will be this season?
  14. That's the point. I don't want a fracking tycoon to be the guy hiring the GM's and/or involved in the hiring of the HC... Murray Rolston Bylsma Housley Botterill Rex Beane McDermott That's quite a resume.
  15. In order to avoid disappointment, you might want to lower your expectations.
  16. Wrong! Next years #1 is likely to be a top 10 pick.
  17. I agree with this. Prior to the draft, I was adamant that the Bills don't give up their 2019 1st in any trade up.
  18. My pre-draft rankings of QB's was as follows... Mayfield Darnold . . Allen Rosen . . . . Rudolph Jackson The only way the Bills had any shot at Mayfield or Darnold was if the Browns took Allen #1, and one of Mayfield or Darnold slipped to the 4 slot or later. Rosen's concussions scare the heck out of me. I can only hope the Bills have a great QB coach who can turn Allen into an above average NFL QB. If Allen works out, Beane looks like a genius. If Allen busts, Beane probably gets fired. What I don't understand is the people who act like this is the worst pick of all-time. It's not as if the Bills used the #7 overall pick on a guy who should have been taken in the 3rd or 4th round.
  19. I don't even want to think about the possibility that Pegula was the deciding factor in drafting Allen. This guy has refused to hire a President of Hockey Operations to run the hockey side of the Sabres, and he refuses to hire someone to fill a similar role with the Bills. I really hope that Beane makes the final call on all moves...F/A, draft, trades, roster.
  20. I'm not sure whether Edmunds ends up as a MLB or OLB or a hybrid who lines up in different spots based on down and distance, but I love this trade up and selection. The Bills have needed an IMPACT player in the front 7 on defense for years now, and hopefully Edmunds becomes that guy.
  21. Nobody knows if Allen would have been there at 12. Beane paid a stiff price to move up to 7 to get his guy, and as one of the talking heads statted yesterday morning when talking about moving up to draft a QB... If the QB ends up being successful, everyone forgets what you gave up to select him. If the QB fails, the GM probably loses his job.
  22. This has nothing to do with the players the Bills drafted yesterday... As someone who loves to watch the draft, yesterday morning, I was excited about watching Day 2 of the draft, knowing the Bills had 4 selections(2 in the 2nd & 2 in the 3rd). By the end of last night, those 4 selections became 1...at the end of the 3rd round. Really takes all the excitement out of Day 2, and makes Day 3 more interesting, with 4 selections.
  23. Not mine, but thanks.
  24. I've been following the Bills since the late 60's. I can't remember people in WNY being so excited. We got invited to a draft party tonight. Should be fun. Hopefully after the trade-up tonight, the Bills still give us a reason to watch tomorrow.
